Very, polite, efficient,friendly, knowledgeable. Explained absolutely everything he was doing and why. Would absolutely call this company again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had Mr. Appliance do repair service work on a number of my appliances over the years (repair microwave, install new glass cook top on my stove, & now an assessment for my washing machine that sounded like a helicopter taking off). The repairmen have always been knowledgeable, competent, arrived on time, and polite). I have always been informed about the costs and time to do the repair. For the washing machine the recent visit was by Russell. He did a thorough assessment of my washing machine and showed me on his ipad the parts needed plus the total cost to repair it. He was honest and so helpful advising me that it was not really cost effect to do a major repair on a 13 year old washing machine. He then gave invaluable advice about what appliances would be good options for me to consider. The office staff in booking the appointments have also always been polite and very helpful. Overall an excellent company that I trust.

When our technician, Tyler R., arrived, he was quick to figure out the problem. The part we needed had to be ordered but Mr.Appliance was quick to order it and book us for a follow up appointment. Tyler was again professional and quick. Thanks for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using this appliance repair company for many years now and they have never disappointed. Recently, we had our dryer repaired by Cody. He was professional, well informed and very personable. The quickly explained what the problem was, replaced the broken part and even vacuumed out the dryer for me while it was taken apart. Job well done. This is what customer service should be!

Both technicians on site, Don and Larry, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They attended to all our concerns with patience, and fixed the issues we had with our unit, which is now working great. Everything we were assured by Don and Larry came true. I strongly recommend their services, and I myself will 100% reach out to them if I have any home appliances issues in the future. Thanks Don and Larry!

Excellent service and value. I appreciated that they sent me a reminder before coming with the technicians name and picture. I would definitely get them to do any future repairs on all my appliances. Thanks Cody!! Made sure I got a business card with the technicians name!!

Wrapped in a package of energy and smiles came a wealth of Experience and expertise right from the diagnosis to correction of the issues we were having with our dishwasher. A touch of good old fashion in-home service allowed me the time to ask questions and learn about ways in which I can ensure I get the best years out of my machine. Without question or hesitation I would recommend Cody, And look forward to having him service our appliances for many years to come.
