★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mak is truly a person who has that service and character that all businesses should model. He is friendly and kind and helpful. Had our dryer serviced a month ago by Mak. I called on a Saturday, spoke with Mak over the phone. I told him what noise our dryer was making and how long. He even heard it over the phone. Super knowledgeable! He was very professional and knew his stuff, he quoted me the job and parts over the phone, booked an appointment for the following Tuesday, he was very punctual and called as he was on his way over. He showed up with the parts and did the job efficiently. Our dryer only needed a very cheap part but we couldn't fix it ourselves. To top it off, he charged less than what we were quoted because it turns out we didn't need full parts replacement and he was very fast at getting the job done. Thank you SO much Mak.

He was very kind, joked with me and made me feel very comfortable. I would 100% call him again and recommend the company to anyone! Thank you Mak!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on Google Reviews, I contacted Northgate to schedule a technician to come inspect my dishwasher that suddenly died. Mack had called me back and explained what the possibilities could be but then helped me over the phone get my dishwasher back up and running ! Very transparent and honest which was appreciative as some service companies aren't like that. Should I actually need an appliance repair in the future I will be contacting Northgate Appliance hands-down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Northgate Appliances come to repair on an older McClary fridge that wasn't keeping cool any longer, as we love the old style fridge, upgrading it wasn't an option for us. The technicians were both very knowledgable over the phone, as well as in person, and courteous while in our home. The fridge needed a fan motor replaced, and after the repair our beautiful vintage avocado McClary is colder then a topside of an igloo! Thanks Again Northgate Appliances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called multiple repair shops regarding my oven being broken and this was the only place that was helpful! Everywhere else said they could not tell what was wrong without looking at it and charging $100 to do so. Mac was kind enough to ask me questions about what was wrong and was 99% sure of the issue. Unfortunately my oven is old and the part needed to be replaced is no longer made so I will have to buy a new oven but Northgate Appliance was beyond helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!
