We were met by Jordyn and she was a wonderful human being!’ We knew absolutely nothing about their products so she patiently explained them to us. She took the time to show us the different options we had and helped us choose the best ones for what we were looking for. She was very welcoming, transparent and bubbly and we could tell that she truly cared about recommending us the right product and giving us the best possible experience. My mom and I walked out of the store completely happy with our purchase and the service we received. We definitely recommend this location to everyone. And we’ll certainly be back ourselves!’

S	Shania Chevarie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Fire and Flower that I have gone to, 2 biological females were working there yesterday and I didn't think any otherwise by looking at them and gave "hey ladies what a beautiful day" greeting as I walked in, turns out one of the cashiers was Trans, and did not identify as a female and was in my opinion extremely rude when she said "um, I'm not a lady but what can I do for you?" There was NO reason to embarrass a customer like that, unless you have a name tag that states ur identifiable name, don't make a customer feel like human garbage over a small mistake. I'm 100% supportive of the LGBTQ community, but I'm not supportive of nasty behavior towards someone who didn't know what someone identified as and was just trying to be nice. Not only that but THEY (not both of them, just the one that "isn't a lady") refused to sell to me afterwards, and their lady coworker refused to as well. Will never be giving this branch my business again.

The store is so white and bright which gives you an uplifting feel as soon as you walk into the shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have! As soon as you walk in, expect to be ID'd and again at the cash. That part is kinda annoying but life continues.
