I've been to this store more than two times and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Bought USB-c to HDMI cable and found out that it doesn't work with my macbook air. I returned the connector cable and the customer service staff was so friendly and helped to sort out the replacement.

If I could, I would give negative stars. I bought a $1500 JBL sound system in January and less than 6 months later the sound started cutting out. I called geek squad, they said I could mail it out or bring it to the geeksquad at best buy. So I brought it in. At the store I was informed I had to mail it in (even though on the phone I was told in store geek squad would help) so ok mail it. I was told to UP TO A WEEK and I would hear back, alright, fine. Well, yesterday marked a week, and i have heard nothing.I checked my tracking code on the online geek squad page and it comes up as an error. When I call bestbuy, they have no answer. They say call JBL. When I call JBL, they say they have nothing to do with it. So now, NO ONE knows where my $1500 sound system is and JBL has launched an investigation. BEST BUY IS AWFUL

Best Buy is a great electronics and home appliances store. It also includes a large cell phone area. It’s open and airy. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think the prices are reasonable and if you catch a sale then all the better.

If I could give zero I would! So upsetting dealing with this store! Ordered online and got an email saying it was ready for pick up drove all the way down registered at the reserve pick up number and waited in my car 10 minutes goes by, no one comes out call the number they give online they Said they would try to be in contact with them and send them out,another 10 minutes goes by no one comes out call the number again’ no one’s answering! no oneβ€˜s coming nothings happening, So I check in again with my order number and my stall number hoping a second check in we do something but yet another 15 minutes goes by and I finally have to drag my sick child into the store because no oneβ€˜s come out after 35mins!!! and no one knows what’s going on or even where my order is finally they find it and no apologies offered! no one cared what so ever like it was a normal thing to happen….what a joke of a store!! Go somewhere else!

Usually I give stores some chances to redeem themselves. But after a third bad experience at this store, I can no longer support this Bust Buy. I don't need to go into too many details but false advertising, miscommunication between stores, and the inability to actually call a store has made this a very frustrating experience. And driving between stores to hear one lying about the other had put me off bying from them again. If you don't have the product or not want to sell the product then I recommend closing up the stores and compete with Amazon online, since you would rather send me to your online site anyways....... while I am in that very store. Disappointed how the manager handled the situation as well and offered no help beside, sorry. So I can't give them a zero but I would if I could.

John Knoop the lead in store manager for Geek Squad made my day! I paid for a laptop and the geek squad protection and he helped me so much. It was such a frustrating process, but with his professionalism, patience and helpfulness he truly made my experience with Geek Squad much better. Thanks again John!

Needed a reciept for a laptop purchased there the previous year. Sales staff, Tech staff, and Manager was a big help locating it and printing it off. I will say their customer service is top notch. I do think a direct number to the store would be helpful. And it would be good if they expanded their blu-ray and 4K selection outside of the new large studio releases.

Went in today to upgrade my phone. Was absolutely sand bagged by Fido (no surprise). However, the gentleman and the lady working in the phone section were extremely kind, patient, and understanding. They went above and beyond to try to get me what was quoted even when the Fido Rep was being absolutely horrid. They even stayed a ltitle bit over closing time to ensure that I was assisted. Amazing service from these two folks.
