★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the repair services of this business several times. They do great work in a timely fashion. I might worry that maybe they use sub-par batteries to save money during repair, but the replacement batteries last forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to MobileCare twice for two different phones and have had an excellent experience both times. The first was my iPhone and while it was being repaired, I was offered another phone to use in the interim. Additionally, since it was an older model, I was offered the heavy-duty phone case on the replacement phone for my phone at no additional cost.
My most recent visit was for my Samsung that suddenly turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I brought the phone in as a walk in. I asked if the sim card could be put into my older model phone, so I would still have a phone. I was told that he would need to diagnose the issue and to leave the phone. I received a call about 30 minutes later that it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I was heading out of town and came back to pick it up two days later without issue. The problem was resolved and for only $50. Other places would definitely have charged more and would have been less flexible.
The prices are more than reasonable for their efficient service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience in mobil care! not only was the staff kind, professional, and knowledgeable, but the prices we're also very reasonable. I had taken my iPhone XS max because the screen was broken, once I got it back my phone was as good as new, you couldn't tell it was broken at all! Will definitely be coming back and recommending a bunch of my friends to come and check this place out!

I have an older model cell and the battery had broken and they did have the replacement there and I explained that I had to go to work and he put it in right away. Unfortunately my funds was not enough to cover the full cost and he called the owner and the made an exception for me and gave me a little discount as my father has recently passing away and my mom is out of town and had no one to help me out right away. I was very grateful for their fast and efficient service.This is my 3rd time being here and always had exceptional service..Thank you very much.
