★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $40.00 dollars on 10 piece bucket, fries, corn, gravy. 1 2 litre bottle of pepsi and Apple juice. The chicken was oily and rancid when I bit into it. My wife gagged at how terrible it tasted. Had to throw it away. I visited this place 2021-10-14 at about 5:00-5:30 PM. What a waste of money! Definitely never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50/50 shot on if your getting a newly made piece of chicken or the old greasy one that should have been tossed away if you go during non rush hour times. Last time i went was 2022/1/14 at 11:45am front door was still locked 45 minutes after being open

Very small pieces … try to get ketchup or hot sauce is like pulling teeth and rude customer service … so bad I have never seen such rude people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the grubbiest, crappiest location ever. This location only has dark meat at this location. Everytime I go they say no white meat, and no cheaper?
The chicken pieces look small and sad. You will get tablespoons of grease on the bottem of your bucket, and they dont accept onlinecoupons that you can recieve emailed to you.
Supervisor/manager very rude, disrespectful, and very poor communication. This location is exceptionally dirty and grubby. The good news id Mary Browns is accross the street. They are cheaper, and way, way better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is quiet and clean. nOt too crowded compare to other kfc locations.Staff are nice and easy to approach even when u have complaints. I had incident when i went to drive thru to buy the fill up box and they forgot to give the cookie. I called right away to let them know what happened and the manager Adrian gave me a 10% coupon code in exchange of the missing cookie. and when i went few days after to buy and use the coupon..Adrian the manager was there and apologized for the incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally poor quality of food. Coleslaw was so bland and texture showed its a bit old one, chicken had no flavour and uncooked towards the centre and to add to it- the pcs are smaller than any other competitor's and 7up had taste of chlorine from the dispenser!!
