★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love going to DQ. I have been going all my life to DQ and the ice cream and burgers have always been great. The Dilly Bar, Buster Bar and Peanut Fudge Parfait are my favourites. This location is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly courteous. There is patio seating. If you like ice cream treats then this is the place for you. If you like flame broiled burgers then this is the place for you. I will continue to come here and enjoy the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go out of our way to come to this Dairy Queen even passing 2 others. I'm not sure what it is but the service here is fantastic and the people are always willing to go above and beyond to make the experience worth it.
The managers of this location should be proud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with this DQ location, almost every time I come here and order blizzards half the ice cream is vanilla. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay 16$ for 2 small chocolate extreme blizzards with extra brownies where half the blizzard ends up being vanilla with no toppings. If I just wanted plain vanilla ice cream I could just go to McDonald’s and pay 2$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this DQ location three times recently and each time they made my Turtles and Pecans Blizzard using the hard chocolate dip for their ice cream cone topping and NOT the mini Turtle chocolates in the DQ recipe they are supposed to follow. Using this dip made the blizzard runny.
Very disappointing if you are a fan of this Blizzard.
Each order was prepared by a different staff member so I'm thinking this is a problem across the franchise. Makes me wonder what else is going on in the kitchen?
Update: To the owner: Your canned responses to reviewers are all the same, and aren't very satisfactory because they don't promise any kind change or resolution to the problems brought to your attention! Try fixing some things and you'll get happier customers. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through the drive thru yesterday evening, and the girl at the window was so incredibly sweet. I find it very rare to come across people like that, and I actually left feeling happier. That experience on its own makes me want to come back to this location, but their food is also amazing. I would highly recommend this location.

I would put more stars if it was possible. Will come back to that location. This team always goes above and beyond regular customer service.
