Wanted to buy a sandwich, and apparently 2:30pm to 4:30pm is happy hour and 15% off according to the sign out front when you walk in. I quite literally was placing my order at 2:29 when I checked my phone, and noticed I wasn't given the discount. I asked about it and was told "well it's not 2:30 yet." I said, can I wait 1 minute and place the order then? And was told "the system doesn't let me do that". Not a very good experience. Food was fine.

Been to this location many times. Serves the freshest sandwiches and excellent drinks. One of the many healthy choices to make a trip to the chopped leaf for lunch and dinner. Excellent staff and great customer service. Choose to eat local to help keep our local restaurants open during this pandemic year.

First time ever at the Chopped Leaf. Purchased a pesto and a BBQ quesadillas and a cucumber and mint water. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal! The customer service was fantastic! The lady behind the counter was great she explained everything on the menu to us it really help! Will definitely be back again and recommend.

Ordered a make your own salad to go. One of the ingredients I requested was avocado and they did not give me avocado. (In the pictures, I poured it out into my own bowl at home). Got a tiny container of tzatziki (the dressing I requested) and a measly corner of pita bread. The salad is clearly not fresh, as the leaves are browned quite a lot. The box was half-filled. This was $10!?!? Are you kidding me????

Terrible customer service. Halfway through ordering my wrap and not even getting to the part about adding protein she asks "is that everything?" I told her no and continued to finish ordering my wrap then ordering my second wrap (because I'm ordering to go for my boyfriend and I). Then i give her my money and realize she didn't even ask me about my loyalty card or the Ama discount because theres a sign that's shoved off to the side of their register. I said I have my AMA card, she said she cant refund the order or cancel it or offer me any discount because she already took my money. Didnt show any compassion or understanding for loyal customer. Sad this is the location that is closest to me, otherwise I'd never go here at all. The Sherwood park location is way better. The Sherwood park location has even offered me a free chopped water or redone my order if anything ever went wrong or they forgot to apply my discount or ask me for it. THIS location doesnt care. There was no other customer waiting when you took my order but you try to rush me and then tell me too bad about the AMA discount because you already took my money! I guess this place only cares about money, not it's customers. Well, good customer service keeps people coming back and gives you more money so maybe learn to treat people with respect that you care they are giving you business. Btw, I've worked in customer service for 15+ years and the attitude should never be "Too bad".

First time here. Place was clean. Service was good. The Thai curry soup was decent. The spicy chicken sandwich was very thin. Lack of ingredients and only toasted on one side. If it wasn’t for the dip, there wouldn’t have been much flavour. The signature chopped salad was delicious. Lots of parking. I would go back if I have to but it won’t be my first choice.

This is the last time we will be at this location, and unfortunately for us it’s the closest. Literally every time we get something with Avocado, it’s black and going bad. One time we managed to get fresh, only because we insisted we get it! Today my husband ordered me a salad, sans avocado, and when he went to pick it up the lady handed him a wrap. It was the only thing he ordered so pretty hard to mess that up right? Their solution was to dump it in a box and call it a salad. If you can, go to a different location because others are better. Again, we will not be back to the Manning location.

When I last visited 2022.04.21 the broccoli and avocado (that I paid extra for) were missing from my order. I was unable to have this corrected as I took the meal out of town. We checked for dressings, as those have been missing in the past. Did not expect ingredients to be omitted. The portions have also decreased in size by almost half. I may have to drive further to see if I have better luck at another location with quantity and all ingredients being included.
