β β β β β There was barely any Mayo, and this was a special order burger with Mayo added. Burger and Poutine were both barely warm, and I ate them within five minutes. Also have been there in the morning to grab a quick breakfast or just a coffee, and the morning service is really slow!

β β β β β Well let's start this off with a one star. My chicken snack wraps weren't wrapped everything fell out. All the burgers were Squashed don't know how they happened when being in a bag with fries. On top of that fries were cold.. Apparently no quality controll in this horrible McDonald's. Clearly no passion I get it tough times but this is unacceptable need to be retrained. This wasn't the first time at all I just wanted to enjoy my cheat night. I recommend to go to the McDonald's by namao 9630 165 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5Z 3L3 friendly people better quality. I might give this place one more chance if things don't get better i'm gonna go to the McDonald's headquarters to get this place reviewed.

β β β β β I got 4 file-o-fish burgers at noon, but when we open them at home, got surprised to see that they put little piece of cheese and few drops of tarter sauce. It is disappointing as I paid price for complete sandwiches. I and my family have been taking file-o-fish from McDonald's more than 10 years but never got this situation. When I called them, the manager told me that they always put small piece of cheese and single shot of tarter sauce. Well, I will check with other locations or stop buying food from McDonald's.

β β β β β I ordered a hotcake via the drive trough. I picked up and drove away. I got to my destination and found out pancake was roughly handled. There was just one whipped cream (whereas the norm is at least 2), no paper towels.
Itβs truly upsetting when we miss the mark for the bare minimum

β β β β β I don't know why I keep coming to this location... its terrible.
They consistently get my order wrong. I ordered 2 double double coffee a French vanilla late and a apple juice. I got 1 double double with French vanilla in it, a iced coffee, and a plain late (just milk and espresso) this was after I went through it with them at the pay window... everything was right in the screen when I drove away... its seriously just dumb kids with half a brain paying half attention.. it's worth the drive to go someplace else. You'll save time..
