β β β β β They were busy, so I could live with the fact that my order too 20 minutes.
BUT, they screwed up most of my order, which I have a problem with. Apparently asking for "lettuce and bacon" means I want lettuce and tomatoes - and NO onions means I want a bunch of onions. I even went inside to make sure I could clearly communicate my order face to face... Nope.

β β β β β Went to buy 50/50 tickets outside their location and was provided with a&w coupons so we go through the drive thru the guy working proceeds to fight us that the coupon isnβt applicable at this location when it literally says valid in all Edmonton locations, anyways after 5 minutes of going back and forth he finally gave us a couponβ¦..

β β β β β 20 minute wait in the drive thru with only 2 cars. Then they forgot half the order and completely screwed up one of two burgers. Apparently, no onions and no pickles means remove ALL condiments and add bacon...

β β β β β Lately this has been the best A&W I have got food from in awhile. Other A&W seem way to greasy compared to this one.
Sure there is a bit of a wait in the drive through, but that tells me the food is cooked fresh vs sitting awhile. Great job.

β β β β β Food is a hit and a miss. Most of the time there's too much seasoning. But worst of all is the terrible customer service. Can barely hear on the speaker, never uses manners, could care less about the human being coming through to order. Not sorry but this matters to me as an individual.

β β β β β I've had to wait 30 min now after ordering my burger 3 separate times. The staff were largely dismissive and I noticed several others with delayed orders and concerns they had been forgotten about. This is the worst A&W experience I've had in 20 years.

β β β β β Had to wait 25 mins for drive through breakfast and it was cold and burned. The egg was dripping out of the bag they put my breakfast in since they put it sideways. The toast was bread but had burned lines on it -( how is that possible?)β¦. Breakfast sandwiches all burned. Cold. Most terrible fast food breakfast at any A&W ever. Terrible. Terrible staff. Terrible service.
