β β β β β I've been coming to this location for years except during COVID. I usually see Tina for my nails and as I'm sitting at her station she approaches me and literally says "You look so different. You got fat right?" To top this off she is the manager!! The audacity to say this to a paying client is so insulting. The lack of professionalism is outstanding! All I have to say is clients beware!

β β β β β As someone mentioned before, they rush you out of the place despite that I paid $100. In the time they did my pedi and mani, a regular customer had done her nails. Talk about discrimination! And they didn't even ask what shape I wanted, they decided on square. What am I paying so much money for for you to do all this in like 30 minutes! Don't go here.

Follow up 2.5 weeks later:
I went back because I had to remove my shellac (toes & hands) and the lady kept asking me why I was removing them. I didnt say why. She took care of my toe nails well but THEN when she started my hands, she asked me for the 4th or 5th time why I was removing them. I made up an answer saying it was religious reason and once she got that...she butchered my finger nails! She buffered so much of my natural nail. Mind you, I wasn't wearing acrylics. Its been almost 3 weeks and my nails keep breaking and so weak! I think she was trying to see who wrote the bad review and when she thought it wasn't me, proceeded to quickly go destroy my nails. DEFINITELY don't go here!!

β β β β β If i could give zero stars i would. I've been here before and the quality has always been mediocre, but after today i will never go back. I went for an acrylic nail refill.
One of my nails that had lifted at the bottom, the tech tried to rip the nail off even though the majority of the nail was still glued down. This ripped of a significant portion of my natural nail.
The tech filed all my cuticles raw, to the point where many of them were bleeding by the end. Then she covered both my hands in alcohol, where they were dripping wet. I was not even offered a towel to dry my soaking hands.
Then the tech proceeded to charge me extra for the nail that she had ripped off.
Please avoid this salon!!! Do yourself a favor!

β β β β β Went here for a manicure & pedicure and they did a wonderful job. Had the spa pedicure and it was great. They did some amazing designs on my nails - very talented. Will visit this salon again.

β β β β β My nail tech was not very friendly at all. She barely spoke to me. She basically just kept asking to upset items to me. I asked for a French tip pedicure and it is uneven and not well rounded. It was almost like she didnβt care because I chose a whilst pedicure instead of the shellac which is costlier. There are tonnes of nail salons in this area. I will find another one that actually makes me feel welcomed to take my money to.

β β β β β One of the best experiences you could have. I went for my birthday and was taken care of by the wonderful Vivian. She made me feel special did a spectacular job. She did a spa pedicure and manicure Was so detail oriented and was an amazing conversationalist. Very affordable for the quality of work she does. Very warm and inviting atmosphere will be coming here more often.

β β β β β deeply disappointed. iβll start from the beginning, i wanted a full set stiletto ( i get my nails done a lot so i wanted them long and told her that ) she cut my cuticles and proceed to be super rough. she rushed and did a terrible set even though i was the only person in there. I told her i wanted them long and she cut the tip on my pinky medium length without asking me if it was okay, when i told her it wasnβt she rolled her eyes as if i didnβt already say i wanted them long so i just went with it. when she painted my nails she went so far from my cuticle on my thumb they look weeks grown out. my pointer finger has a dent in the side not to mention stilettos are supposed to be straight and sharp theyβre rounded and not sharp AT ALL. she didnβt properly file under my nails and on every nail there was gel that had dried so bad i had to file them myself. will never come back to this place and will never recommend it. but iβve never hated my nails so much and iβve had them done since i was 13. will NEVER spend money here again.
