He is amazing, even my wife sees him now, but thr RECEPTION needs some schooling on how to book appointments as well as how to make sure the appointments were ACTUALLY made. 3 times my sister has gone and they claim no appointment was made. She always calls ahead of time to double check times and if the doc is running late because she siffers from extreme anxiety. Today she came from out of town, called on the way to confirm, and when she got there, NO APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED. Dr. Eke, please please read all these reviews and get new receptionists. These ladies have zero clue.

I couldn’t make it to my in person apt so I asked for him to call me instead. All I needed was a prescription refill for my diabetic medication.. she said he is too busy to make phone calls. I said well don’t cancel my apt just get him to call me during that time instead (we are living in a pandemic after all) Anyways he doesn’t end up calling and I try for an hour to get ahold of someone there .. an hour and absolutely no answer! Then she calls me at 748 pm after the clinic is closed to tell me Dr. Eke will not be able to call me today and will call in the morning. I am absolutely frustrated with this clinic at the moment. I can get over waiting for 20-30 minutes every time when I have an apt .. but this was just terrible.

They are even ensure that i have appointment already then i sat almost 30 mins for procedures of one vaccine in room. Pharmacist manager have no communication skills to explain any details for vaccine instruction
J	Jade Hush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant time at the DX Medical Center. Booking was easy, the receptionist was prompt to get me into a room. I did wait about 25mins before Dr. Eke arrived but that is understandable. Dr. Eke was awesome, he listened to what I had to say and helped me get some testing done and got back to me quickly with results. Definitely recommend as it is now my go to doctor clinic!
E	Ellie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Eke is amazing, very kind and actually willing to talk to you about what is bothering you. The reception staff is pretty bad though. Every time I call I automatically get put on hold and left there for over 15 minutes before I hang up and try again later. This has happened more times than I can count. When I first started coming here the reception was amazing, even remembering me and treating me like a valued visitor, but ever since one of the best girls left over a year ago it's gone downhill. I'll still come for Dr. Eke, but I'm constantly frustrated with the wait times now and how the front staff handles it. Needs much better time management and more experience answering and managing phone calls.

If you don't have anything to do in the day, sure, come on down, but if you value your time and, say, have job that you need to get back to or another appointment, you might be better off going somewhere else. I am saying this after having an appointment and waiting an hour or more. I never used to be like this. I have seen people walk out because of the wait on the few times I have been here lately. I am now one of those people. If you can't manage tome, don't do appointments. Just walk in only. Completely disrespect. If they could get the wait times under control then it could be 4-5 stars.

I did not receive a phone call after 30 min so I just called the receptionist to follow up and confirm that my appointment is still happening. After waiting on hold for 20 min the receptionist answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that I am late for the appointment with attitude and that the centre is closing in 5 min and therefore she will just reschedule my appointment. She couldn't find me in the system and once I finally managed to tell her that it is actually the doctor who is late and that I urgently need to speak to him she replied "wuz up" .....the whole experience was completely unprofessional, she talked over me and spoke to me like I was her homie and proceeded to hang up. Im speechless... After reading the other reviews it is unlikely that any of my family members will be returning to this centre...

I called them to ask how much delay is in my appointment because every time I had to wait for hours and the staff told me she will ask and let me know. But she put me on hold for 35 minutes then no reply. When I reached the clinic, they told me I have to come again after 2 hours. They never ever value our precious time. I wish I could give them 0 star. Terrible experience.
