★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good family doctors, but horrible receptionists. I was returning a call regarding blood results and spoke to a receptionist who told me I was wasting her time. As a Registered Nurse working in healthcare, that is highly unprofessional and NOT how you speak to patients. When I asked for her name to report her to her manager, she hung up.
