β β β β β This place is ridiculous.They are not health professionals at all(zero).Because we had blood work done for my wife here and we waited for 3 weeks to results come out.When we went for result we found that public health laboratory saying that incomplete patient identification and wrong requisition form from doctor on blood sample thats why public health cancelled whole blood samples(3 tubes of blood).We asked reason for that then they said they donβt know why this happened.Dont go to this careless medical clinic.Sorry I felt ashamed to say this clinic as medical clinic.I think veterinary clinic has more respect than this clinic towards their patients.

β β β β β This medical clinic is almost useless. They're only good for prescribing drugs that you are looking for, but you need to know it before hand. If you are in need of a specialist, pray for good luck, because 99% of this clinic's specialists are not experienced at all. It's recommended to visit your family doctor.

β β β β β I'd advise others to go to a different travel clinic, my appointment was rushed and the doctor wasn't interested in conversing with me even though I had many questions and was eager with a notepad. It was way more expensive than my partner's trip to another clinic (different medications and fees) and I left with no information about the risks in traveling to the areas I was going to. Only gave me directions on how to take medication and last minute mentioned that I MAY need to have another vaccination (when in reality it is 100% necessary to have another vaccination 4 weeks after the first... which my family doctor cleared up for me)
For an $80 appointment fee I left still in the dark and relying on my own research.. no maps, no information pamphlet

The travel specialist explained everything i needed to know about my trip to Tanzania in detail and the things i needed to look out for. After my trip here, i felt confident that i am protected during my travel. Great experience overall

β β β β β I am very happy with the quality of medical advice I received from here. After booking our flight tickets to Tanzania, me and my wife left it to the last minute to get all required vaccines. Fortunately, this place was able to schedule us in within a couple of days. To our luck, we were also able to get our yellow fever vaccine from the same clinic on the same day, despite the extreme shortage! The doctor was very polite and thorough and knew his stuff. Both myself and my wife were very happy with our service here.

β β β β β I started calling All Ontario on Thursday and gave up on Tuesday. I never once had a call answered by a person or had a call back by voice from someone from the clinic. Their interaction was all by texting. Painful. I did speak with an MD they arranged who called. He did not know travel diseases. No appointment at the clinic ever happened. On Tuesday, I found another clinic who gave me an appointment, I did the visit, met an expert doctor, got my vaccinations and good advice, all in the same day.
