L	Lela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best clinic in the GTA. For the last 30 years, this is always my go-to place whenever my doctor is not available. They have never gotten a diagnosis wrong. There are experienced doctors here, and even during covid-19 when they can only assess you over the phone, the doctor has always been spot on! I have never waited more than 30 minutes to be served, but generally, I wait about 15 minutes. The inside of the building was renovated years ago from how it originally used to be, and staff are pleasant.
D	Dhana Sekhar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience recently. My wife had a unbearable stomach pain and I called them to check if I can drop by the clinic with my wife. They said that they will arrange for a doctor over a video call and requested all the healthcare details. The doctor on the phone wanted my wife to undergo some scans and tests and he setup a call with some lab. The lab guys said that they are full and the next appointment is in 2 weeks. I felt that this is a scam to collect the consulting fees. Luckily I got a second opinion from a different doctor and she was treated with home remedies suggested by the doctor.

I went there with my wife for an ultrasound she said that I didn't have a code so no entry... so I got a code, the ultrasound clinic inside sent me a code and verbally asked her to let me in she wouldn't do it. Instead she walked around the clinic saying things about me being annoying and rude?? I only got in after another booth attendant saw the same code and let me in!! What was this power trip?? Staff code 21 is her ID. I have been coming to this clinic FOR YEARS I love this clinic I swear by it even though I have a family Doctor. It's sad that because of Employee ID 21 I had to leave a 1star review. Stressing out a 5 month pregnant lady because of a power trip. Unbelievable! Unforgivable!
B	Black Cherry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting prescription refills from here for a long time now. Every doctor who’s called me has been kind and professional. But today the doctor who called me was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of doing his job he asked me what I self diagnosed myself with and was denying the fact that I was diagnosed with depression by a professional and I didn’t self diagnose. I told him I can’t just stop taking this medication. I’ve been taking it for three years. And he also told me that I can’t keep getting refills from there. “This is a walk in clinic,” he said. I’ve had no problems getting refills from here before until now. Eventually he sent a refill to the pharmacy I go to but not until after being rude and unprofessional. I’m not happy with this experience I had. At all. He calls himself a doctor? A professional? You guys need to do something about him because he was very rude and unprofessional. Found out his name when I picked up my medication. “Dr.” Joseph Shainhouse was the one being rude and unprofessional. No doubt he’s been the same to other patients as well. I will not be getting refills from here anymore. It’s not worth it.

I was contacted by a doctor very quickly after filling out a simple survey. I spoke with Dr. Majeed who took the time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. He provided me with some great feedback and ordered some diagnostic assessments. I look forward to continuing to work with this clinic in the future and I highly recommend them.
b	barb hope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this walk in clinic with my grandson with sore ears. Signed in received a text 15 min later telling me there was no doctor to see him. Talk to the intake worker and she told me that there were doctors in there but they would not see him but would call and maybe give him an antibiotic. I lost my mind you just don’t hand out antibiotics without seeing the patient. It is known that kids given antibiotics can make them immune to them. I wanted my grandson seen to make sure that is what he needed. What happens to the hypothetical oath first do no harm. What this clinic is doing is illegal as far as I’m concerned

A doctor called and without advising any further he just abruptly left the line asking me if it in person visit. Why is he asking me that when I am following their protocol of texting prior coming to the clinic. After many attempts, I got another doctor called me and he told me the 1st doctor will call me back. I could not really understand clearly what he was telling me. I cannot understand how this clinic is operating with doctors who are so merciless with no compassion at all. I think it is about time the clinic teach these doctors some basics of human kindness.!!
R	Rocky Ellison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday night of a long weekend and my daughter showed signs and symptoms of a bladder infection. After trying our family physician we were immediately out of options. I spoke with my pharmacist at 9:00PM and he gave me the number to call this service. Contact was super easy and within the hour, we had received a call from a physician for a virtual consult. 20 minutes after that call, there was a prescription for antibiotics ready at my pharmacy. I can’t express enough how reassuring this was to have access to a physician after business hours. I’m very happy to have found this service and the number is already stored in my phone. Thank you so much for what you do. I truly appreciate it.
