He and his team go above and beyond to help, recommend and make all the suggestions necessary to meet all your needs. Can take special orders and get any model of glasses you desire. Big thank you for my last order and the excellent customer service received from Amar, Linda and his whole team. Highly recommended for all your optical needs any time you need to count on someone reliable.

My husband and I both found exactly what we were looking for. It's officially my go to place from now on. Highly recommend for anyone looking for glasses or sunglasses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for glasses! I have been going here with my family for the past 12 years, even after we moved out of Mississauga for our optical needs. The team is excellent, both very knowledgeable and have excellent taste in helping you decide on an important piece of fashion that you would wear on your face everyday. They have a great selection of glasses and carry pretty much every brand including top of the range designers. Luke, Mark and the ladies are all great to work with. Prices are very good too! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been going there for 11 years and my experience has always been 100% positive. Even on busy Saturdays, they always have someone available to assist us in choosing a frame, and their staff has been consistently friendly and down to earth with all of us. They're very fast in delivering your prescription glasses too! I'm in fact very surprised they have somewhat mixed reviews on here. I guess when someone gives a business a low OVERALL score simply because they didn't clean the glasses as desired speaks volumes of the lack of credibility of that person. I mean, this is something that I'm sure could've easily be rectified with Mark and his staff. That's like giving a restaurant a bad review because one fork was missing at a table of 8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience I've had out of any optical establishment.
Lack of professionalism and totally dismal service.
After my appointment despite up to 5 people working in store I was ignored and had to speak with multiple people before being able to get the prescription after the eye exam.
I called some time after to get my prescription emailed or faxed to me and was told it was an impossibility. Having heard excuses such as we don't have a fax machine, we're closing soon and we can't email you since we file it on paper.
How is this acceptable after paying for an eye exam? Imagine being an optical store in the 21st century not being able to send your patient's prescription digitally.
You would be a fool to pay for an eye exam or any other services from here when there are significantly better options anywhere else in the area, which can treat you better and at least can perform the bare minimum services expected of an optical establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This optical shop is excellent. Both service and glasses. They also do the eyes exam. People there are so kind and price is reasonable as well. Accordingly, there are always so many customers wait there. Always full of the people like a popular restaurant rather than a optical shop. All in all, l highly recommend this shop.
