★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 3 year old son and I went to see Dr. Giggliozzi for our recent eye exam and had a wonderful experience at his office. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Everyone made us feel safe. Dr. Giggliozzi was patient and thorough with both of our exams. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my entire appointment the employees maintained social distancing to the best of their abilities and sanitized equipment before and after my use. Dr. Gigliozzi did an amazing job during my eye exam! He has even helped me find a contact lenses brand that targeted my specific needs. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this eye doctor clinic for over 20 years, I just had an eye exam today and had the best experience yet with Dr. Giggliozi. He was very friendly, took all precautions to ensure safety during this pandemic, answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very reassuring. I also felt welcomed and safe around everyone else working that day including Madeline and another woman whose name I didn't catch but was so helpful. Wonderful service and a great team! Thank you for making this experience a good one for me during such an unprecedented time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience from when I stepped into the office to when I walked out. Right when I entered, I was greeted by the front desk associate and noticed that the space was extremely clean.
Dr. Gigliozzi was great - he had to be the most patient optometrist that I've spoke to. He explained each step of the eye exam and didn't mind that I stopped him to ask more about the process. Highly recommend this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years at my previous optometrist, I was in need of a new doctor. I went in to FYidoctors for an eye exam in January and I was truly impressed and more than satisfied with the service of Dr.Gigliozzi. His clinic has all of the latest equipment which allows Dr. Gigliozzi's examination to be very thorough. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain every step and was very open and honest when answering my questions. I was also very satisfied with all the COVID-19 protocols in place at the clinic: the number of patients in the clinic was limited, there were designated seating areas that allowed for distancing, all of the equipment was sanitized both before and after use, and all staff wore masks at all times. I'm so glad I found Dr. Gigliozzi and I will definitely be going back for many years to come!

I have been wearing glasses and having yearly eye exams since I was in Grade 2- and I can confidently say, he’s one of the best Optometrists I have come across. I would highly recommend him and his clinic! Thank you for your excellent care during this pandemic.

My husband has been a patient here for over 30 years. Dr. Banducci did his eye exams but he is no longer there.
Dr. Kogon did his eye exam this year and he had no issue with him. The problem was with the Optician assisting him with his new glasses.
After receiving the new eyeglasses, he was having problems with distortion and headaches. He had this issue once in the past and Dr. Banducci worked with him until the lenses were just right.
However, now the Optician advised that more expensive lenses will alleviate this issue. He paid for the new lenses and after waiting six weeks without hearing back, he called and cancelled the order and received a refund. The glasses were going to cost $1,100. He went to a different Optometrist, ordered new glasses for half the price and has had no issues.
