β β β β β Not realizing their hours were shorten due to COVID restrictions I thought Iβd be told that they were closing and I should return tomorrow. This was definitely not the case. I was reassured a number of times it was not a problem as I was still selecting my frames. The service and attention I had received was beyond exception. Thank you for your kindness in these difficult times.

β β β β β Brought my mother for new glasses this morning. Friendly and attentive greeting at the door, with well-observed Covid Protocol in place including social distance and sanitizing. William was friendly, well-informed and helped her pick out three pairs she liked. He had a ready answer for every question and even figured out how to use a different lens so she saved some money too. Wonderful visit, William did a fantastic job!

Staff in the store were super friendly and helped me pick the right frame with right kind of lenses. Delivered great product in reasonable time.

β β β β β Went in on a whim an was immediately helped by a wonderful associate named William. He was polite professional an easy to talk to. I was unsure what I was looking for but, William was able to ask just the right questions for me to start trying on styles I liked. In the end I went from not having any idea which style I was going for to having a few solid options to choose from. It's rare for me go outside my comfort zone in terms of what I like but, I was pleasantly surprised with the direction of styles he was pulling for me. Do to being indecisive I was there probably loger than most people would have been but, William stuck with me till the end. During my extended time in the store he was able to politely excuse himself to attend to other customers but, it never felt like he was gone for long and when he cane back he was able to pick up where he left off. Purchasing glasses is expensive and picking a frame that I'll like for the next 1.5 years is a big deal. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything which is a huge plus for me. Its because of the type of customer service that William provides that makes me want to return. Well done William!? I truly appreciate everything you did for me during me visit.??

β β β β β Love coming here because of the friendly service and quick turnaround on lenses. The place where I had my vision tested said 2 weeks to get the lenses in. Here I had it done in 1.5 hours! Canβt beat that convenience. Good selection on frames too, I got a pair of Georgio Armani wayfarers and they quickly became my go-to pair.

I had a small issue with my prescription; they have resolved the problem within 24 hours and my new reading glasses were ready before my trip. β β β β β I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses from this location. Their selection is amazing; so many options!!! I have a really hard time finding glasses because of the size of my head. I had already gone to 3 different places before this place. Lemon was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the store and she took her time and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I also wanted to add a pink tint to my glasses, and Leman and the technician found the perfect shade for my glasses. They are beautiful. I will always be coming back to this location. Thank you so much!!!
