★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant figure out the bad reviews, my son and I went today Sept 26,2020 and the 2 ladies were very attentive, warm soiled. I will definitely be coming back again. If you want to served properly treat them with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager in Square One, Mississauga Branch don't have a good customer service attitude, her approach not appropriate to customer, a mad look and don't even talk in a friendly way. What happened was in cashier counter i stack all that i am buying and when i turn back to grab the one item more is not there, so i need to go back to grab again. In front of customer whose paying, thats where she's look at me so mad, maybe I'm grabbing the back box which is still closed, she said to me thats all the same what was am I looking for? My point is, she's doing 2 things at same time cashier and saying a word and mad look at me. Thats not good in front of 2 different customers...her attitude not good & not appropriate. Just letting you know 'ATTITUDE'-need to be good and a friendly way showing to customers at all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this morning and but 2 products on hold the sale rep said they would hold the product until closing time 8:00pm. Got to the store at 7:40pm and the store was closed. Waited around for sometime to make sure the store was actually closed even tried calling. This is so upsetting ? especially when you're from the area. PLEASE BE CLEAR WITH YOUR CLOSING TIME IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS.

It wasn't even 24 hours, I called from the erin mills location yesterday to put 2 items on hold, walked in today to find out they were sold.
Unprofessional and very weird way of running a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is old nasty women. Do not buy anything from this location. I bought a race car, did not open the box, original seal. When I returned this item old nasty manager said that box was open and will not accept return. I said I never opened this box and she just opened in front of me. She said look cable inside this box was not packaged properly. Omg. I’m like you just opened this box. I never opened it. So what they do is they sell items that someone perhaps opened them before and so that if you wanna return items she will say nope it’s been opened before. For me it’s not about the money. I don’t care. Only $29, who cares, but if you are nasty like this biach manager then you will never see me or buy anything from them again. I spend at least $1000 a year and now they will have nothing. Again warning everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. They recently moved to another location within square one (near freedom mobile). I think their insurance is ALWAYS worth taking, (bought an item and got it replaced 2 years after, for $10!). I suggest trying the items in store, because although they are great, they do tend to have faulty ones often, maybe it's just my luck. But they are very good at allowing you to try the item in store after purchasing it to see if it works properly!
The staff is always friendly I find. They do get a little snappy when they are overwhelmed with customer numbers, but I guess that's retail when only one counter is open usually.
Otherwise, I've been very happy with everything I've purchased here so far!
