I had the wors costumer service I been rogers costumer for over 10 years and the way I was treated by rogera was very unexpected I don't recommend rogers to anyone I don't whant someone alse to through what I been when it was for them to make a sale there very nice but when there is a costumer service they clearly don't care and they don't want to hear from u. ROGERS IS THE WORAT AT COSTUNER SERVICE

Great service always Zack the Manager courteous as always as well as Joseph providing assistance on the issues is remarkable, Francis was busy however the whole team is great..Thx again , this is like my 4th visit to Rogers after activation of my new plan...

Firstly they don't give any exact details and when you are about to pay a bill they will tell you oh.. I forgot to mention this terms. Employees are behaving like if you want phone than go for this deal otherwise you can go to other store. I would never recommend anyone to visit this store. Very poor customer service.

Staff handled my situation very poorly. Had bought a phone case and it was defective, they keep implying I could have done something to it. The case is in perfect condition and the issue was the magnet in the case. Rogers has very poor service from there team that offer no solutions. Will never come to this store again

I had to swipe and get a new I phone. Jojin was super helpful in connecting ny new phone. Backing up my old phone. Transferring the data and everything. I an very impressed with how patient, knowledgable and friendly she is. Thank you Jojin for everything. Zack should be really proud of having you there . Thanks again.

I had Joseph as the rep to help me upgrade my phone and switch providers. He did a great job helping me out! Joseph was patient, respectful, and had no issues answering all my questions. If I need any help, I have confidence coming back to this Rogers location.

I have been a loyal Rogers customer for years I recently dropped my phone and are too sadly to get an upgrade. I went in to get it fixed and the girl said you have to go.to apple we only fix it of you have device protection. This company receives thousands of dollars from me a year and to be treated like this is an utter joke stay away!!!!! Furthermore I was waiting g outside the store for me wife and the salesperson was leaving on their break was I inconvenience them? Not impressed.
