★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Don't go to Telus unless you really want to regret your actions! They wanted me to pay $50 because I wanted to keep the same number changing only from Telus prepaid to a Telus plan, I said I wouldnt agree with this and would go to other carrier and the salesperson said "Ok, bye bye". This is how they treat customers. And I noticed this same terrible service in many other Telus stores I went to.

Trust me if you keep her you will lose you all customers
My sister family and me we have 10 lines and we will disconnect from you only because of her we also are spreading the case about her and the team there who are covering for her
They are a gang of rude she swore at us and even did not cover her nose in this lock down
She threw our id on the floor and swore at us she was very rude since we stepped into the store
Plz know who you hire to represent your big company
I will spread the word to all I know and in all fb instagram groups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for Yamilet if you are buying something at this Telus store in Square One. She was very personable and helpful through out. My wife and I went in for getting our phone devices upgraded. We came out all smiles ear to ear, totally satisfied. She is a shining example of great customer care and customer service. Job well done!

Even after the next day when my dad required assistance in the transfer of data from one phone to another, he came back extremely happy with the service. Thank You Salma for all your help! You are awesome
