★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy has no sense of customer service I went for a particular phone after enquiring in other best buy area and they mentioned this people has in stock and the person there did not have the patience even to check if there is any in stock and he said its not available when I mentioned about the availability he was like its a reserved ... zero customer service and the attitude is so poor he is not fit for this job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone from store 202 calls me at 7:30am to tell me the item I ordered for store pick up cannot be found on the floor and they tell me “So dont bother coming”. No recourse or substitution offered. Two minutes later, I get an email saying the item is available for pick up. I call the store several times to clarify - no one picks up their phone. I can’t cancel the order for pick up either. I have to ensure now that my cc is not charged.
Process is unnecessarily confusing and such a time sink / hassle.
Please fix your CS or don’t bother offering a service you cannot provide.
