★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the first time recently because I needed new jeans and they were having a sale. I was very happy with the service. A couple people approached me for help. For a small store they had a lot of choices. The cashier I forgot his name (young guy, curly hair side fade) was very sweet and made checking out easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought jeans sometime after Christmas and then decided I don't like the color so went back the next day to exchange them for a lighter color one. The store was closed with a sign saying it will stay closed until January 8th. I went back on January 8th and they told me that if I want to exchange it there is a 45$ price difference now. I decided to return it. As if 85$ wasn't expensive enough for a pair of jeans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is nice and the staff are great and very friendly. We all know the brand - I am sure everyone will find something for themselves.
But this review is about additional services that they provide in this location (service may be available at other locations). Look at the attached picture. The badges that are stitched to the backpacks are hand made embroidery that the lady at the store made based on the pictures from a book (Wings of Fire). We left the book at the store and after couple of days the badges were ready. The cost of the service (badges and attaching them to the backpacks) was very reasonable and the quality of work and the timing were outstanding. The kids are very happy and all their friends at school were so envious. Just another idea to bring a priceless smile to your child's face in the holiday season without breaking a bank! Just push a new life to the backpack or jacket that you already have.
