picked up a dress in double 0, the manager told me "this will not fit on you"... guess what?? IT DID. very rude and unprofessional, should not be making comments like that. I'll be calling head office to complain.

I was employed as a cleaner for four stores. One in Bramalea City centre and three stores in Square One mall. I was very glade I got a job until I started experiencing harassment and bullying from a director and one pregnant manager. Instead of showing me what to do she first insulted me. I complained to my manager he did nothing. I cleaned for them for about two months and decided to save myself from being acused of shop lifting and quit. Too much systemic racism in this organization I do not know the reason. The pay is good but life is pressures.

i came in yesterday frantic about finding an outfit to wear for this weekend. i don’t remember the name, but there was a staff member in the change room that was absolutely disgusting. she watched me as i changed as i asked my boyfriend for opinions, and i could tell i was being judged when i was already self conscious. she continued to watch me and ease drop into my conversation and constantly nag me about sizes when i was trying to get a feel. she kept announcing in the communal change rooms about a bigger size and giving me elevator eyes. i don’t find myself being big or over weight. i just happen to have a slight lower belly, and she announced to everyone there on a busy saturday evening as if i was massive/obese trying on a size way too small. i don’t understand why aritzia employees think they’re better than everyone there when they work for little to nothing. i really would have appreciated being left alone to decide for myself, and would have asked for help when needed.

The staff here is so rude, they don’t care and listen to their customers. I had a worst experience here. I placed the order for a jacket and the girl who helped me was so careless and arrogant. I told her that please add my apartment number to my address but she didn’t listen to me. I told her at least 5 times but she just ignored me and behaved rudely. Due to her carelessness my package was delayed. I had to go to fedex warehouse to pick up my order. If that girl would have listen to me then this wouldn’t happen. Wasted lot of time. They have worst customer service here at this location. Be careful when you shop here or I would suggest don’t buy from this location.

I’m gonna give this location a 1 star for todays experience.. walked into this location as I was planned to just return something from zara after a night shift with zero sleep, messy bun bummy…looking for a pair of tights that I seen online which on the site did state one left in stock. Of course none in stock so I had seen another pair which the lady who kept following me around everywhere like I needed to be watched was a little uncomfortable had put them to the cash as I was still browsing. Only to find out I left my wallet in my car. To have the balls to say well didn’t you just come back from zara as I had a zara bag with items that I needed to return afterwards. I find it pretty disgusting after being a loyal customer for years to be judged by my look of the day and having her tell me where the sale items where… You guys should teach your staff to learn how to approach the customers and not only that but to have some respect. You don’t know me nor know what I have in my wallet before you try and guide me to the sale section and question me about just coming back from zara without my wallet. Will not be returning to this location again.

I received the most wonderful service today. I called the store to inquire about an item that is sold out everywhere. After discovering that this location was also out of stock, Sebastian took the time to provide me with options to ensure I wouldn't be disappointed. Within minutes he managed to source out the item in the desired colour and size. He then transferred me to Ally who was also amazing and patient. Sebastian and Ally saved Christmas!!!

I had bought an Aritzia Puffer vest from a different location and after I bought it I noticed it had been worn then returned and put back on the sales floor. I was so upset because it was so expensive and their return policy was 10 days and had to be in tact with the tags and the vest didn’t look new. I was worried they were going to say that I made the damage and it wasn’t refundable but after talking with an employee they were super flexible. Her name was Tristan, she was so sweet. Instantly made me feel comfortable being there and there was no issues doing an exchange for a new vest.
