โ โ โ โ โ Servers were discriminatory and didn't want to honour the mask exemption due to a health condition. They made me wait 30 mins until it was closing till they finally decided to serve me. I ordered a hot tea and the disrespectful girl made my drink and it wasn't even at least warm. It was literally room temperature and when I said it wasn't warm to the other girl, the disrespectful girl who made my drink rolled her eyes and just went to the back. Usually hot drinks are scorching hot from bubble tease places. Such a joke, never supporting The Alley again after this incident.

โ โ โ โ โ Came to this location the second time because I was shopping at Square One. Never again. Both times I ordered Passion Fruit Green Tea with Tapioca (large size). The first time I would rate it 2 out of 5. The second time I would rate it 0 if I could. Service is extremely slow. Cup size is smaller than usual. Tea itself tastes like sweet water, no flavor. Waste of money.

โ โ โ โ โ The alley trio milk tea is my favorite, I always get it with no sugar because the 3 toppings are already sweet, it comes with pearls, aloe and rainbow jelly. Grab yourself some nice cold drinks from the alley as you explore the mall.

โ โ โ โ โ I tried their special (at the time) I believe it was mango tea with aloe!? I would rate it a 10/10 - IT TASTED REALLY GOOD! I have yet to try their milk tea - thatโs next on my list! ?

I asked for the Cruchy Cocoa Milk Tea but had requested not to add the cereal (makes the crunchy part). They refused because its part of the drink and said โit is our standardโ. So we asked, if i told you we didnt want sugar you would still add sugar? They said yes. I said fine put the cereal to side side if it has to come with the drink. They said no because its covid. Are you serious?!?! Do you hear yourself?!?!?! You just lost a bunch of customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Unlike a lot of other reviews my experience at The Alley was problem free. I tried The Alley Trio- and after trying RoyalTea and being sooo disappointed- it was amazing by comparison! The tea was good- not strong but not weak either, I could taste the tea alongside the milk. That's good milk tea ?
The rainbow, pearl and aloe were all flavorful and yummy. Overall, would recommend and plan on going back to try their taro pearl. Cannot wait!
