I absolutely loved their Ube drink series! The decor in this location is also super cute, would make a great study spot or to meet up with friends.

I’m a regular customer, and I’ve been to many locations both in Canada and the states, and the quality of the service is completely different. This location has the worst staff, and they are extremely rude, it’s like they are being paid to be rude to their customers. I quickly looked through the reviews and I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one with this kind of horrible experience that’s reoccurring. This is what I don’t understand, if you get a specific drink and you ask them to take something out, their like “sorry we can’t do that!” Okay what if I’m allergic?! Are you kidding me?? I experienced this last time, and the lady was like “well you can get another drink!” Other times I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my drink, and another time my drink was missing one of the main ingredients (Tapioca). What am I paying for? Worse customer service, it’s called substitute, which you simply can’t do. I highly recommend you guys go for the extra drive, and don’t go to this location.

M	Melody Cao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth, flavourful, fresh milk tea is at The Alley! Toppings are chewy and fresh, tastes sweet and amazing. The milk tea was refreshing on a hot day but also super filling and tasty. The only issue I had was the time it took to get my drink. I was waiting for a bit only for one drink and it wasn’t busy in store. I asked for 50% sugar but it still tasted super sweet, but maybe that’s just me and maybe it was actually 50% sugar. I should probably get even less sugar next time then. But overall, super great and definitely recommend.

Do expect to wait a bit if you order in store. Always lovely service here. Tip: Highly recommend you order in advance using their app! It'll save you time, and you may earn points toward future free redemptions of products. My favourite drink currently is the Brown Sugar Ginger Roasted Milk Tea!
