★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying pizzaville, Staff are friendly but pizza has no taste and for the extra price for each toppings… they barley give a good amount. Barley any sauce on the pizza as well. Sorry but won’t ever be returning to pizzaville. Sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I order a Margherita Pizza thin crust from here. They added one with pork which I don't eat and I called customer service to check my account history to see all my previous orders. Now the girl after I explained the situation told her my kids are hungry we waited 40mins for delivery and who the hell puts pork or whatever meat on a Margherita pizza anyway?No one does that!!!! She said too bad you selected it so $20 plus tip all gone and my kids are starving. This really hurt me at the lack of compassion ? ?. Everything is expensive and this is what I get on a Friday evening when every dollar counts. Thanks Pizzaville

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a party size pizza today as they have a promotion on. I have ordered from the Central Parkway location a few years ago and thought I would try them again. Well, lo and behold what a mistake I made!!!! They burned it, BLACK bottom and once its burned there is NO salvaging any of the other slices. The italian sausage tasted OFF, maybe old stock.
Not very happy! huge inconvenience to go back to the store. Horrible customer service, nobody called me back from the store after I spoke to them at their signature 736#.
I will never order from Pizzaville again and stay a loyal customer to Pizza Nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza here is very good, and is made using the upmost quality of ingredients. The staff are very friendly and make it very enjoyable to buy pizza from their location. The store is also very clean. Overall, an amazing place to buy a box or a slice of pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience I've ever had ordering food from this location specifically. Impressed this dump is not out of business yet. Live in a condo so drivers are not allowed up. Concierge tells Mr Singh to leave the pizza, since I ordered contactless delivery. Driver Singh decides to call me as I'm in the elevator on the way down to get the pizza. I can't answer with no service so Mr Singh brilliantly takes off with my pizza after waiting maybe 2 minutes. I ask my concierge what happened she said he left with my pizza. Most bizarre experience in my life. Pizzaville needs to pay their drivers more, they are stealing customers pizzas. I called customer service for a refund and I get my money back in 3 businesses days. Actually laughable. Well delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unfortunate. Pizzaville makes great pizza. This location is not following proper hygiene. They do not wash their hands or wear gloves. They touch everything and then touch the pizzas. Masks under chin but what makes it worse is the cashier has sauce all over his blue mask that looks like it has never been changed. He pulled it up before I paid. Overall the workers are not clean and do not follow any type of procedure (even the precovid regular safety procedures). Touching cash and then handling food....Gross. Do yourself a favor. Park in the parking lot and watch them for 10 minutes before you go in and order. You will probably drive away. I picked up twice for someone who wanted pizza and warned them to heat up the pizza in the microwave before they eat it to hopefully kill off whatever is on it. Not sanitary...Stay away.
