If only I could give them negative stars. Contacting corporate headquarters to let them know. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10 minutes to order only to to wait again because an “employee” came in to order who had priority over me, I double checked to make sure what I heard was correct. Seems like the plaza has issues all around with customer service. Pizzaville next over is no better. Won’t be going here ever again. Pathetic customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at Central Parkway Subway today, the guy Tirth is so nice and very helpful. He is very polite and prepared our sandwich for me and my daughter with lots of love. I would definitely recommend Tirth at this location.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asking for extra lettuce on a $12.00 10 inch subway with imitation ingredients is enough. Subway will fall like Quiznos, they keep increasing the price with less product. Going to be happy when this location goes under and something less obsessed with ripping people off replaces them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the very first subway outlet where I saw them being frugal in toppings and dressings.. even after repeated ask the chicken and veggies were very restricted in quantity by the gentleman behind the counter... Other outlets have fared far better in their subs standards..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location provided horrible customer service. I usually go to a different location but today I chose to go here. I arrived around 9pm ready to order, but the girl at the counter said they were closed. I mentioned how on their Google page it says they close at 9:30, and so did the poster outside the door, but she proceeded to say they are closed and the poster and timings are incorrect, however the door was opened when I arrived. There was another customer who arrived as well, but due to the same reason she also had to leave. I told the worker how I would be contacting customer service about this, but she stood silent. Overall, worst Subway location to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Subway location's customer service was horrible. This was the most awful customer service I've ever encountered. Firstly, my kids and I were very excited to get our subway. The employee claimed that our store was closed. Despite the fact that it was stated on their website and in their store that they were open. She was simply sluggish and refused to make our subs. Overall the employee was extremely rude, disrespectful, and impolite. Definitely would NOT recommend it!
