β β β β β Don't Visit this Pizza Pizza location 3960 Grand Park drive location. Very unprofessional and misbehaving staff members. I have filed complaint with Pizza Pizza over the phone as I never have experienced such unruly behavior. I would never recommend anyone to visit this Pizza Pizza location. Never had in my 8 years living in Canada such horrifying experience. Don't visit this location

β β β β β I ordered a chicken sandwich. Despite being prominently featured on the menu, with several flavors of chicken sandwich pictured, the cashier looked at me like I had asked for filet mignon. Then after waiting about 25 minutes, someone from the back asked me what I was waiting for. I repeated my order of 1 chicken sandwich. I got it 10 or so minutes later. Got home, and after eating about 1/3 of it, I saw it was still raw inside. It took them close to 40 minutes to make me a chicken sandwich and, when I got it, the meat was still raw.

β β β β β Burnt crust. Paid for extra cheese but that wasnβt anywhere extra!! Tasteless pizza one of the worst I had in my life.
PrePaid delivery fee and tip for the driver to tell me he is not allowed to deliver to a condo door as per store policy. Had to go down at 2am to the lobby to get my pizza.
Garbage!!

β β β β β Ordered pepperoni pizza with extra cheese + wings. Delivery arrived 1 hour + later. This was the driest pizza weβve ever had. There was barely any sauce, an unnoticeable amount of cheese, the pizza was over cooked and not fresh at all. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this location. Please donβt order online/delivery for this location.

β β β β β This is such a delicious restaurant! Iβve been eating at pizza pizza for the past 7 years, and I never get tired of it. Their vegan options are delicious, and the chicken burger tastes, feels and look like the real deal. They have halal options too. 10/10 will recommend if you havenβt eaten here

β β β β β I ordered a pizza to be delivered for my elderly mother who is not mobile. I was charged delivery fee and tip which is normal but when the delivery person came they refused to bring the pizza to the door and said my mom had to come and take it from the lobby. I explained to the representative that my mom is elderly and can barely walk, that she has no food and that is why i ordered pizza for her and told them that i was 30 minutes away and can not pick it up, they still did not have compassion to tell the delivery person to take it to the door. Had I been made aware before ordering that this was a condition I would not have ordered. At no point did pizza pizza state they do not deliver to the door, in fact they asked if i want contactless delivery and I said no cause I knew I would need someone to deliver to my mom. Disgusting behaviour from pizza pizza and their drivers

β β β β β Customer service could be way better and friendlier at this location.
Came in to claim a promotional free slice from last night's TFC game. The manager made a call to the Pizza Pizza "headquarters" and was denied even though the coupon was directly from Pizza Pizza's app. Left the location because they refused to honour the coupon and was being difficult.
Ended up going to a different Pizza Pizza location and all they had to do was scan the coupon from the app and honoured the free slice. It was that easy.

β β β β β Ordered plant based combo box and they put chicken in it. I asked for a refund they said they can only replace or credit me. They sent a replacement and sent me a chicken sandwich.
They donβt care about dietary restrictions or your actual order if u do delivery.
Not that Iβll ever order here again but if anyone does , go in person and watch the employees to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to.
