โ โ โ โ โ Although Panago makes decent pizza, the customer service at this location is atrocious. I experienced a confrontational and aggressive delivery driver at this location, all because he had difficulty locating the condominium elevator, even though he couldโve asked the concierge for assistance or directions.
Instead, he became argumentative and concocted a story that I must come down to the lobby to get the pizza because COVID does not permit him to come up to my unit, all of a sudden.
I had the presence of mind to record his conduct over the phone, which was forwarded to head office management. Regardless, I will continue to enjoy Panago but this location will not see my business.

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with Panago pizza was awesome. Customer service was too good , they are very polite, speciallly their Pizza delivery guy was so polite and charming and right on time . Highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ Panago consistently has great food! I came here a couple weeks ago and picked up their Chipotle Chicken & Chicken Club. If you love corn, the chipotle chicken is amazing! I would never think to add corn to my pizza but it was a real game changer!
The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially since I needed help choosing a pizza with all their options!
The only bad thing about this location is the parking situation. If you're lucky, you can get a spot right out front, but you will need to pay for parking. So if you can find parking elsewhere and walk over, that's the best option. Not ideal in colder weather though.

โ โ โ โ โ Our first visit here was on a Friday night and had an hour wait time even for takeout so we decided try this out later.
The second time we ordered prior and takeout was faster on a Sunday afternoon.
We loved the enchiladas with red salsa but it could have a little less cheese which does not bring out the flavor of the chicken within. This comes with beans and salad.
First time tried the pablo pepper empanadas and they were delicious. Chicken empanadas were equally good. They came with side of onion tomato salsa.
This seemed would have been our favorite spot but in the chimichanga we found one hair which just disappointed us.
Nevertheless I think may be a one time thing but they have to be more careful about the hygiene.

โ โ โ โ โ This is objectively the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life. I ordered the steak and mushrooms, it was:
Salty to the point of inedible
Dry - as in it could crumble to powder
Cold
Burnt
Tasted awful
I chucked the whole thing in the trash. Guess it's popcorn for me tonight.

โ โ โ โ โ This was my first time at this restaurant and sadly it will be my last. When a customer enters the store, its always best to mention the offers/deals of the day. Its more of a way to attract more costumers. That employee did not mention the large pizza offer and instead he made us order the small pizza for 2$ more than the large deal. This is a bad costumer service!! Horrible customer service and he did not do anything about it all he did was to laugh back!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Don't recommend to anyone!
