The best thing about him is that he tries to understand your requirements right from day 1 and never pressurizes you to buy just any house. Also, trust him to tell you upfront if he finds anything to be a big negative about any property. His knowledge about the entire process and the market is very good. Would certainly recommend!

He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really understood my needs from the very first meeting with him. He was more than helpful in finding me a condo in downtown Mississauga.

โ โ โ โ โ If easy and quick were a company, it would be CityView Realty. The person I worked with was a partner there (Maher). I was able to find a place with my exact specifications, apply, and sign, all whithin a week of moving to Canada. He made the entire process seemless, and his ability to be flexible and meet me on my own time was admirable. My process was complicated and involved alot of paperwork, but Maher was able to simplify it and complete it in no time. Maher is very flexible and will adapt to the needs of any specific customer, just like they did to mine. I highly recommend CITYVIEW, especially for anyone that is new to Canada.

Disclaimer This is not paid review and whatever feedback you see is coming straight from the heart for this real estate firm Cityview Realty Inc.
I landed in Canada about 45 days ago and didnโt have too many contacts to understand ground reality about renting a place and didnโt imagine this will be even tougher than climbing Everest.
I saw many rental apartments through different set of brokers and owners everyone would ask for credit check or 6 months deposit to prove your credibility even though they knew I was new in country.
I didnโt knew even rental flats have bidding wars and everyone wanted to maximize their rent with this strategy.
I was lucky enough to meet Maher one of the owners of this firm who has not just helped me in getting a rental flat in 1 day but also accelerated the entire process of paperwork and possession.
This firm knows what their doing and more than that they are also helping people in getting their lifeโs started in Canada.
Their office is in Missisauga and I highly recommend their services to anyone in Toronto.
Moiz and Maher thank you such much for your professional services someday I will buy a house through your firm. We need more people like you in the world to support each other and grow.
