โ โ โ โ โ Mortgage approval can be really stressful. My application was rejected by lender as my previous mortgage firm didn't handle it well. I then reached out to Mr. Sandeep Agarwal by my friend's reference and he made it happen. He is really patient, attentive, responsive and answered even our silliest questions. He is very experienced, has many ideas and know to work around.
I really appreciate him for not showing any formalities but for explaining in detail and becoming a mentor.
He shared so much of his knowledge to me in my difficult situation while buying my first home. Infact it was a really help for my family and become like a brother. He spent hours of time with us on phone and never ignored any calls. We met him person and he sat and spoke to us though it ate-up his valuable time.
I recommend to give the case to him and just not worry about it. He will ask what is required in time. It is also advisable to ask him reference for lawyer for property closing as he has right connections and won't be risk in between the process with poor performance of the lawyers provided by your Realtor.
I would say Sandeep is the right person for the approval process and was very lucky that I contacted him. I will surely will be in touch with him for my financial needs whenever i needs in future.
