It had good reviews so my friend and I decided to give this location a try. The bubble tea shop is very clean and modern. It’s in a random location because it’s in a residential neighbourhood. There is a small seating area with three tables. The staff working were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I ordered the 38 milk king and a hot coffee milk tea for my husband. I am very picky on my milk tea’s and usually get disappointed when I try it at bubble tea shops other than Chatime. The 38 milk king did not disappoint surprisingly! Toppings were yummy and the milk tea was to my liking. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

I loved their customer service and many drink options. Employees are so sweet and she even offered to carry my drinks with me to the table despite the busy line. The original bubble waffle was SO GOOD! Even if this Kung fu branch is smaller than the one on Enfield place, I will come back to it because I loved their customer service and small cafe vibe. One suggestion would be to add more chairs.

Recommended drink was Icecream Black Warrior, love the flavour combination of vanilla and milk tea. This place is a must visit.

Love that this place has egg waffles because it's suprisingly difficult to get good egg waffles in Mississauga. Bubble tea was good but the pearls were a little bit undercooked and tough to chew.

They didnt ask to review my order either. The cashier seems to not be paying attention to what I'm saying, even when I said "3 daily specials" they had to ask me again for the the number of daily specials I wanted. I also had to repeat my phone number 3 times for them to get it right Be very cautious when ordering from here!! Never had this issue at the Enfield location. UPDATE: as a response to the comment from the owner. The issue could have been solved of the cashier was trained to ask the customer to review their order prior to finalizing it, which did not happen. Proper training procedure could have prevented the error.
J	John Babcock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I came to buy bubble tea and egg waffles at this new Kung Fu Tea near Eglinton and McLaughlin on its opening days. The quality of their drinks are consistently good. We like their egg waffles, ice cream black warrior, and grape fruit green tea. The shop crew is friendly and nice. Fast service and free parking at its door step. We will certainly come back.
