Came here yesterday for the first time to try their Hong Kong style coffee. It was delicious, but we were mostly impressed with their buns. There is a reason why their buns are sold out on a daily basis. So delicious! We had the only bun that was left (coconut) and it was so good that we bought the rest of their inventory for the day. Will definitely be coming back and will try their Hong Kong milk tea that everyone is raving about.

I ordered a cake for my dad’s 60th birthday during the pandemic from Papa John’s Bakery, wanting to support local based on a recommendation, but sadly my experience was not great. I wanted a traditional Asian fruit cake but what I got was a low quality cake that barely resembled what we normally get from the fresh bakeries or Asian grocers. I went in to pick up and there was a bit of a line but saw three or so cakes near the bottom of the glass display. I thought great, cake looks nice, but was disappointed when they pulled a different cake from the glass display that was behind all the nice cakes. They had a random assortment of fruit on the cake that included fig(?!) and a chunk of chocolate (the writing on the cake was also incorrect). There was nothing decorative about this cake and it barely had any canned fruit in the middle of the cake, it was just a lot of cream. The ones on display that they had prepared likely for other customers were presented nicely and had a bit more of a resemblance to the cakes our family is used to buying so I’m not sure what why mine was different. Also keep in mind that they will charge you extra if you want fresh fruit and not canned in the center. Perhaps I will give their other menu items a try in the future but the lack of care put into the cake that we got, which was of lower quality and higher priced than other bakeries or the grocery store, has prevented me from returning.

The best place for HK style Cafe foods, buns and of course cakes! We ordered 2 cakes for Christmas (Black Sesame and Coffee) and they were fantastic! The Black Sesame was very delicious! Fluffy and not too sweet. It's also a flavour that's not really offered by most Asian bakeries. They went above and beyond with the decorating of the Christmas cakes, it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. From now on I will be ordering all my cakes from here only. I will be trying out the food and buns in the future! Wonderful place!

Kinda stumbled upon on this in a resident neighborhood on way home from getting car fixed. Bought a hot milk tea and selection of baked goods and tarts to try out. They had to be heated back up at home but man were they good. As someone from Hong Kong too they really nailed the flavors right, especially the pineapple bun with butter, it’s as good as I remember it as a kid. The feeling of a lot buttery coating your mouth might not be for everyone, but if you enjoy butter, this is very heavenly once heated up

Being in the area and can’t believe I never came across this till now. Went for breakfast before the stage 3 dine in. They provided some seats outside next to the restaurant. Tried their pineapple bun with butter set, comes with a hot drink, of course I chose hk style milk tea. And another set we ordered something different, mui choi pork sandwich, with a cold hk style milk tea. You got to pay more to “upgrade” the drink to cold drink. The pineapple bun was still warm which was amazing, and they are super generous with butter. Except a little down side to note is that their butter wasn’t too fresh I felt, it’s like when you have butter opened and exposed in the fridge for a period of time, that kind of taste. The mui choi pork was good too, but was kind of a bad idea to have it for breakfast, portion was big. Hk style milk tea both hot and cold were amazing! Give it a try if you haven’t! Worth trying, they have other bakery items like egg tart etc. They look quite good! Didn’t have a chance to try last time.

Local mom & pop Chinese Bakery. A humble spot with the BEST Hong Kong style milk tea in Mississauga. Tips: Ask for more milk in the milk tea - makes their strong tea extra smoooth! Order ahead via Snappy app. And get their EARLY because they sell out of buns fast.

Delicious pineapple cream cake! Beautiful presentation/decoration. Delicately sweet and very soft cake. Great price -- only $18. They very kindly accomodated my dietary requests (no gelatin, no alcohol). Would definitely order a cake again! ?

One of the best Hong Kong Style Milk tea. Love their freshly baked pineapple bun in the morning. Plenty selection of bakery/pastry with friendly service. Gotta be there early, buns sold out pretty fast. Enjoyed the pineapple bun with butter but prefer the one serve with half butter.
