β β β β β Horrible food. Terrible service. Empanadas have bones. The two girls are shouting about should know there's bones in chicken. Oh really? Not ever have I had bones in my chicken empanadas anywhere in Columbia I've travelled. Refused to take food safety into concern. I was told if u don't want bones then don't eat empanadas. Absolutely horrible experience. Tough and hard like stale anyway. I wouldn't come back if it were free

β β β β β Just like the original near Yorkdale mall, an excellent Colombian bakery that has a great pastry selection, cured meats, and imported goods.
Highlights: the sweet and salty buns (pandebono), arepa de Choclo (sweet corn cake With cheese) and guava pastries.

β β β β β Very nice bakery with great variety of fresh Colombian snacks and baked goods. A taste of Colombia in Mississauga and conveniently located. Always receive great customer service and everything Iβve tried is just as good as it would be if I had it in Colombia. I would recommend the Tamales as it was very tasty and price point was good. Pricing is pretty fair except I feel the morcilla and the chorizo are bit over priced but considering it is always available makes you look past the price. Can find drinks, cheese, even pot for making chocolate at home. Great shop for Colombian goodies for sure.

β β β β β I ordered a hug variety of savory and sweet items. The savory items - chicken empanadas were really bad (stale and horrible to taste skip for sure), beef and potato empanadas were ok and the chicken patties were average. I have tried many bakeries in Mississauga but this one was really bad. The sweet items were better than the savory but still not worth spending money on it.

β β β β β Today I had a very terrible experience at the store. I waited 10 minutes outside in -13 weather. There is a limit on how many people can be inside at a time which I can understand given the times we live in. My husband and I waited until 3 people left the store with their purchases before going in. Once inside the attendant told us to leave due to capacity limit. We respectfully went back outside to wait until another person left the store. We then went back inside to make our purchases and again we were kicked out due to βcapacity limitsβ. I asked what the capacity limit is since there were 4 people who had left and we were only 2, but the attendant ignored me and turned around. After that terrible treatment we decided to leave. Clearly, this business is not interested is serving its customers.

β β β β β Rude horrible service. It was our first time here and we walked in and started looking around. The lady rudely ordered us back to the front of the store and told us we had to wait. We explained that we wanted to see what options they had before making an order and she again repeated that we had to wait. So we did, for several minutes while they attended to other customers. As those customers left, the lady continued to ignore us. We weren't sure what to do. Eventually we realized they had no interest in helping us, so we walked out. Don't bother with this place if you expect decent service.

β β β β β they are so condescending, the judgement and discrimination in here are brutal i was greeted by dirty looks and terrible rude service I bought a few things one of them a portion of carnitas and this is what received an almost empty box with only fat pieces, not to mention they absolutely do not follow the covid regulations. I am from Colombia and alway try to find nice restaurants wherever I go, this is by far the worst one Iβve been to. the other location in Toronto is better and they are more welcoming

β β β β β My go-to for Colombian food in Mississauga. Delicious breads and pastries - usually get the chicken empanadas, the different cheese breads, flan, chicharrΓ³n and morcilla - so delicious! The empanadas are always so tasty and filled full of meat. You just have to reheat the chicharrΓ³n at home on a pan to get back the crisp skin and the morcilla is flavoured well.
They always have good customer service here as well!
