β β β β β Great selection of fresh baked breads, an assortment of pastries (some traditional portuguese ones) as well as Brazillian snacks such as coxinha, risolis and bolinho de bacalhau.
You can also sit down and order any of the things mentioned above as well as one of their signature sandwiches like the tosta mista, a traditional breakfast sandwich in Brazil (bread, butter, ham and cheese, pressed)

β β β β β This cake was so yummy, I got it on behalf of my two month old and my wife finished it by next afternoon. We and our friends all liked the caramel crunch cake (hope I got the name right). Staff was polite and helpful.

β β β β β I think it has been renamed as Bakery on Mavis now. Irrespective, the bread you get here is just out of this world.
We have 3 great bakeries within 5 kms of each other, but this one beats them all.
A great meeting point for people huddling around small cups of coffee, this place a variety of bread, pastries and cakes. The bread is just amazing with how soft it is. Texture and taste are a great combination to the bakery products of this place.
An absolute "must visit" if you are a bread lover.

β β β β β I've been coming here quite a few times over this past month and keep coming back! The steak sandwich, torta mista, and the bifana sandwiches are great!!
The focaccia pizza is so good too!
Just tried the Nutella custard tart and I'm HOOKED!!!
The restaurant seems to be run by younger adults mostly, and they are so nice and professional! Love it.

β β β β β Really enjoying the bakery options and deli choices. I have never been disappointed in any of the baked goods and the new ownership has not disappointed. Favorites are the fish balls and the Portuguese custard tarts. Deli meats choices have improved with more selection with reasonable pricing. Looking forward to warmer weather with their patio open to enjoy an espresso and a sweet.

β β β β β Yes, please Google Maps, take me back by the Bakery on Mavis ANYTIME! What a incredible bakery: bread, pastries, sandwiches, cakes, theyβve got them all and they are amazing!! You can even ask for them to warm up the pastries for you ?Best Brazilian tarts!

β β β β β There is a large patio with lots of tables which means there is a high chance of finding a place. The staff is great and they took a lot of care with my sandwich (which tasted great). The coffee was good but it was over before I could really form a taste. It's a pity they only have one size of the cappuccino. Lastly, the chocolate eclairs was fine.
All in all, I had a good experience here and it would have been even better if they had WiFi. Towards noon, the sun was beginning to creep in towards the patio. Go in the mornings if you want a cool shade.
