★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called 0858 pm to order food for pickup the store representative asked it will be ready in fifteen minutes. I walk in after 25 minutes to the store even though order was not ready the guy said 3 to 4 minutes more paid the amount wait another ten more minutes I think there is no point to call them for pickup. Front counter server wearing pajama and T-shirt causual dress. Arguing that it’s ok if you still get the pickup order in 35 minutes and it’s ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed phone order for Chicken sandwiches and onion rings, was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Reached there and was told she is going to pack it now. There wasn't much crowd. Made me wait for more than 10 mins and then packed what was already sitting there on the shelf when I reached.
Didn't even bother to apologize.
Worst customer service.
The food was cold :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They r indeed “fast food”. The food came out super fast loll they tasted just like popeyes chicken but this is canadian brand? i prefer the spicy chicken over mild ones. The fries are delicious-similar to popeyes again. Honestly i dont know whats the difference btw this and other fried chicken fast food chains but i give plus marks for this being canadain brand.
The coleslaw was meh though. Too much mayo and it was super soggy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best fried wings in the town , the chicken sandwich is way more superior then Popeyes. They take their time (15-20 mins) to prepare it but everything is fresh. The crispy chicken wrap (Not crispy at all) was not quite as good as the other things on the menu.

This place has authentically halal food which is hand slaughtered making it almost a must have place to go to if you want the peace of knowing your food is not only of great quality but is halal & not just by a label. Super underrated in comparison to other fast food places & hope this place gets the recognition it deserves truly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually order the chicken sandwich and it has always been a positive experience, but today my wife and I ordered two mash potatoes which after taking a few bites realized the taste and texture was off causing us to throw it away immediately.
Later during the day both our stomachs felt extreme discomfort and nausea, it seems like the mash was old. Definitely did not expect this standard of quality at this location.
