★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this TBBS are incredible! So helpful, so patient! They explained how to use toner with a color, suggested a Joico color I adore and get SO many compliments on! and I am saving hundreds of dollars a year now that I can professionally color my own hair at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are very expensive compared to the prices of other stores ..If I could give less than one star, I would.. Today we asked for permenent hair waving sulotion, she gave us hair gel hahahaha..I didn't notice until after I got to the salon..I called her and told her about the problem..she said that the girl who works with us is new. At work....and I told her I will drive my car for 40 minutes to returning your mistake. She did not apologize to me for the mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a vague idea of what i needed and Paula really helped me out. She was FANTASTIC! I was redoing my roots at home and needed bleach, developer, toner, and some supplies and Paula made sure I got everything I needed. She went over which products would give me the best results for what I wanted to achieve, and also which products were more economical keeping my budget in mind. She was very knowledgeable about the products and their performance. I'll be going back in a few days to pick up some more hair colour and my go-to will definitely be Paula if shes around. She also gave me a sample of a shampoo and conditioner and I loved it so much I'm going to make sure i get the full sized bottle! THANKS PAULA <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Andis Outliner to the TBBS Mavis location for repair as I have done with all my clippers in the past. I ended up receiving them back a few weeks later "upgraded". After conversations with Tatiana at that location, we both came to the conclusion that there had been a slight mix up with the work which really wasn't a big deal in my eyes. Tatiana was amazing about the entire mix up and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.
What really makes or breaks companies is their customer service and the ability to deal with pending issues amicably. TBBS should be extremely lucky they have someone like Tatiana representing them. Thanks again Tatiana for all your help and follow up, I really appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars is ONLY for the girl that was doing the shelfing and kindly helped me . Honestly she should be on cash . ? But the girl on cash gave me dirty looks for no reason lol how do you put someone like that as the face of your company really makes them look horrible
But the next time I went back both employees were excellent, very professional knew there stuff and had very great customer service ?
