Good quality French cosmetics, creams for face and body, hands and hair treatment products and lots more for different type of skin. Very presentable gift sets.

A bit on the expensive side, but I love their shampoo. It leaves my scalp feeling cleaner than any shampoo I've ever tried. Great hand creams too.

I had a horrible service experience at the Square One location of L'Occitane. I waited in line to pay for my purchases, when it was finally my turn to pay the associate came out from behind the cash and walked by me. I said excuse me I'd like to pay for my purchase she told me to hold on. She then went to the display that I came from ( the small hand cream display tidied it up and restocked it). Then on her way back to the cash she reprimanded my mother for opening one of the toiletry bags they had on display. I asked her why I was made to wait especially since there was another associate in the store who was not busy. She said I didn't realize you were in a "rush". I saw the way she treated the customers before me and could definitely see a big difference in the way I was being treated. I asked her point blank if I was being treated so poorly because I am a woman of colour. She, of course said no and I left the store. A very disappointing experience.

As a loyal customer, one would expect exceptional service. That was not the service I received. I purchased a three items and after 8 days I decided to return the items I have purchased because I realized I already had enough cleansers and was not in the need of a new deodorant. The items were never removed from the bag and the tissue paper was still intact. While returning the items within the return policy (all items were purchased at full price), the sales associate decided to call the manager. When the manager came out she said the gel cleanser could not be returned because it has been opened. I explained to her that the items were never removed from the bag and sales person on the floor that day have me the cleanser in that physical condition. The manager went on to say they get replenishments every week and they do not sell products in that condition. She then went on saying that someone in my house must have opened it. I have a 20 month old daughter and my husband living with me. The bag and the items were in the same condition as when I made the purchase. She also said they do not take any opened products they all have to be sealed. I could not believe this was the service I was receiving as someone who often makes purchase at this location. The manager eventually said she would make a one time exception and return the item. However, I still left the store with a bitter taste in my mouth. I will NOT return to the store. The sales associates are quick and pushy to sell you items.

Great service! However, I placed an order over the phone and provided my credit card details. Two days later I noticed fraud credit card charges. I’m upset that my credit card information got leaked from the attendee that took my order. Will definitely be filing a complaint. Do not give your credit card information over the phone to this company !!!!!

Great products. Horrible customer service. It would be in the brand's best interest to conduct a re-training seminar for the manager and associates of this location.

Love the products, awful customer service. Staff are extremely unprofessional and cold to customers. I came in last week and an associate was chatting with someone at the front desk for over 5 mins while I was waiting in line. They noticed me but continued their conversation like I didn't exist. When they finally came to serve me, they acted like I was a nuisance and like they were annoyed I interrupted their conversation. Extremely dissatisfied with my first experience at L'Occitane Square 1, I will continue my patronage at other L'Occitanes in the GTA but not this one.
