★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best salon I've ever visited! My hair transformation was done by Atmar stylist, who is very polite and who consulted and guided me so correctly. I got highlights and bayalage done, and it was amazing. Thank youuu highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went during my break looking for a curling iron. I wasn't sure about the size I needed, as per my friend suggested. *Atmar came up to me asking if I need any help. At first I said I was just looking, but then I wanted to know the price or one that I saw so I approached her to ask. Not only did she advise the price, she went above to allow me to try the product as she was already using it for her clients. I ended up buying the item and was really glad to have been helped by her. Thank you Atmar!

I wanted to dye my hair and do a settle switch from black to dark brown and Athmar was helping me and she was very knowledgeable and patient and she described all my options and when she knew I understood and made up my mind she started working on my hair. She is very professional and kind and gave me a really nice head massage while washing my hair
Then Hana did my eyebrows and she is the sweetest!! Very happy with her work too
Everyone is very kind and professional
I will definitely come again :) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to look at prof now dryer, spent 5 mins and ended up buying one. The petite Indian lady who is sales person (prob owner) was so RUDE. She basically had a horrible tone and no service at all because anything I asked about the blow dryer it appears to be a hassle for her, yet am a customer seeking an opinion as to which brand to purchase. Then after I purchased I inquired about ear pearling and she basically said what ever is listed is the info, she didn’t care to confirm if what am reading is correct. I told her the service is horrendous as am a customer who’s purchasing why isn’t she willing to help. She then tells me that me asking her was draining her energy, how is answering a serious customer’s inquiry draining energy. Totally ridiculous, even my teenage son who normally don’t noticed bad service even said why we even bothered to be in her store what is her problem. A customer is being made to feel like they are bothering a sales person totally crazy thought. And my total time spent asking her was 5 mins before I purchased too. DON’T go here. If she is an owner the franchiser needs to take note and if she’s a worker they shouldn’t have her there either. Only reason I ended purchasing a blow dryer bc it took time to deliver ordering on line. But trust me after her final words to me I regret giving her my money! I won’t be coming back here and spending my money on her store again!!! Crazy to think a customer inquiring on an actual purchase is bothersome to an owner or it’s employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in advance and explained I wanted a simple cut, explained my hair is long and thick. I was quoted $55 for just a cut and simple dry, and $85 for wash cut and dry. When I reached the salon, I was asked by the hairdresser how much I was quoted. When I told her, she said that's not possible because she'd have to wash my hair due to how thick it is. This was very frustrating as I asked repeatedly over the phone whether it $55 flat or $55 plus, and I was told the price is $55 flat. Then she asked me what kind of cut I want, I said a simple U cut and she kept forcing another type of cut on me. I had to be firm and say no. She was nice and polite and it's good when a haircut is suggested but in the end they should respect the customer's decision. I told her repeatedly I don't want thinning, and she still was thinning my hair and I had to stop her. When she was drying my hair, she asked again if she can thin my hair, and I had to say no I like my hair thick again. All in all it was a very taxing experience and not at all relaxing. I'm never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best salon I have ever been to! I come here often to get my eyebrows and upper lip done, and occasionally for my hair cut. Absolutely worth it! The team is so polite and their customer service is impeccable, I feel wholeheartedly comfortable going into this salon. I had no idea what to do with my hair for it’s cut and the stylists not only listened to what I wanted but offered helpful suggestions and now I look like a goddess! I implore you to visit this wonderful establishment, you won’t regret it!
