Horrible collection. We had hard time trying to find out 1 top or bottom, that too because we had to exchange and refund wasn't possible. We really struggled to find a decent top for my wife. I think they only have very very old collection at the moment. I would not recommend this store to anyone at the moment. May be they'll have slightly better stock after 4-6 months.

Giving one star for customer service. Seriously, never seen retail staff being so loud and rude to their clients. Me and my sister were inside the store, it was their time to close. There were other customers too. Everybody was leaving. It was only 7:01 p.m. and we had lost track of time. We were sill browsing and I had in my hand a top that I wanted to buy. A lady comes up to us and starts yelling that we are closed now and so we are not allowed to touch anything anymore and you must make your way to the counter if you wanna buy anything, otherwise we must leave now. She could have said the same thing politely, we wouldn't have felt embarrassed .They should warn everyone that they are closing in 5 minutes or so rather than being so loud and rude with their clientele for being inside the store past one minute of their closing time. It was an upsetting experience .

Went to this place around 5:15 pm on 9 nov 2021. The girl told me rudely to put the jacket back on the hanger (thought we won't buy anything) while my wife was still trying different sizes as we were not sure about the exact size . I said ok and ignored her just to avoid the arguement . Don't understand how can we be so rude to customer in the middle of the shopping when the businesses are struggling in this difficult time. The girl at the billing counter was nice. Take her classes for customer service. Customer Spends 160$ in 15 mins and we been shown the bad attitude.

Feel cheated. Was told that above a $100 purchase we would be eligible for the prestige card enabling us to get 20% off our shopping for just $5 for the card which seemed like a good deal. After the payment we realized the card was for $25 and they meant that the $20 off would be for the card, so no discount on total price but instead additional $5 on the card. Felt really bad, it should be a policy to explain before you pay. Put it in writing behind the counter. Don't wish to return for shopping here.

Love the staff, very friendly. I always end up meeting this one manager on every occasion I visit and she always has the biggest smile and is really good with getting me exactly what I need and cashed out real quick.

Wish I could give 0 stars to the pathetic manager named TANYA at the SQUARE ONE MALL MISSISSAUGA outlet who does not have manners to talk to their customers. I had a small grocery cart with me when I went to shop in the non peak hours. This mannerless manager came to and rudely asked me to keep the cart outside. I understand it's their policy but you can't be so rude to your customers. She declined to share her name as if she owned the stores. Extremely rude staff. If the Suzy management is reading this review please investigate in this matter and teach some basic customer service lessons to your staff. I will never go for this brand again for sure.

First of all, I have never had to give one star review! on top of that to my favourite store! Here’s what happened today May 25th 6:30/7:00 pm :) I go to the store and right away see a dress. That I really needed to get. The info of the dress (Embroidered V-Neck Tulle Occasion Ball Gown Lt Blue / Small) There were about 4 of this dress in larger/XL on the racks! And one small but on the mannequin. I do not know the policy and not sure if it’s true but the dress on the mannequin is small which I been looking for. An employee which I unfortunately was not able to find out her name because she refused to provide her name, said she’s the assistant manger and she got off the phone with the store manger that she’s told not to sell me that dress off of the mannequin! Well again I don’t know the policy. But I know how to not disappoint your customer. The employee respond was β€œit’s a lot of work for me, so I cannot do it”. Which by the way completely threw me off. She first mentioned her policy and then said it’s a lot of work and she isn’t willing to do so. Very hurt actually because I drove for an hr to get to square to your store and to hear this.
