You pay more than at other stores but some designs and styles deserve to be paid more because they look great. Associates are friendly and helpful. They always mention about deals and sales.Customer service is reflection of yourself. Smile and the World will smile with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my disappointment in the upper management and President of Cleo!!! I have been a loyal customer of Cleo for many years, I purchase my business attire from there stores as well as online. My family and friends know that this is my store of choice so I receive gift cards for any special celebration I have. I will not step foot in a store again!! I needed help with a purchase I had made and knowing they have a loyalty program which tracks purchases I thought they could help. The lady at the Milton store was very nice and suggested I call customer service, they should be able to email me a transaction number.To my disappointment, their policy says they can't do that!!! Why???? Customer service is supposed to help their customers, RIGHT? I asked to speak to a manager and they continued to share what they cant do to help me.Every person I spoke to in customer service repeated the same thing, explaining what they cant do, not how they can help. I then escalated the situation to the PRESIDENT in which she responded with a hard nosed NO, and did the regular, its policy statement. But she makes those policies and is not willing to help a loyal customer, or try to retain one. In a world filled with competitors, customer service is by far one of the most important parts of customer retention. I can choose to shop elsewhere and I will exercise my rights to do so. Very disappointed! Perhaps the PRESIDENT of Cleo should take a course on customer service and how to retain loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Cleo!! Fashion at affordable prices and age appropriate for middle aged women. Lots of sales and good promotions and loyalty club. Great customer service and excellent return policy. Regular and petite sizes too. Canadian based company too. On-line and in store shopping. Great styles for work and casual. Definitely worth checking it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleo has good styles and I often times find good prices. However I find the staff at the Square One store very rude. I was there yesterday to purchase a couple pieces as dresses were on sale. I ended up making just one purchase. The staff seem so bothered even to answer a simple size question or offer any assistance. Square one is my most convenient location however I hardly think I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order online for a few sweaters as I didn't have time to go into the store and there was a good sale going on. The order was shipped to the store as requested and I picked up from there a few days ago.
All the sweaters were good quality. All were true to size except one, which was way bigger than the size I ordered. I returned it but not happy I had to pay for the return. All in all a good experience but will probably go in store to try items on next time before buying.
