I was a Gap fan, yet I find the design of the clothes is becoming more and more ugly......the adults clothes are ugly and expensive. But the staff are very nice and friendly, though kids clothes are more ugly than before, deal is good. Hopefully Gap will hire some clothes designers as they had several years ago.

As always had a STELLAR experience at the GAP at SQ1. I had a great interaction with a young man named Sebastian. He was young and fun while cashing out. Stay cool Sebastian! #GoPoland

The sales person was super nice and friendly. She asked me how I was when I entered the clearance area and helped me when I was in the fitting room. She seemed happy to be there.

I shop today @ Gap Square One (August 1, 2021). Everything seems fine, specially the guy who's in charge of the fitting room. He's so nice and accommodating until this one guy cashier ruined my shopping experienced. If I'm not in rush I could have confronted him and I forgot to ask his name to the lady cashier that served me. I was in line next and we looked at each other and when it's my turn, timely he is the one available and I came to him. But he did not even made an eye contact and pretended to do something else. The cashier that served me asked him why he didn't took me and I don't know the rest of what they were saying because they are mumbling. I heard the guy said oh he's doing something, blah, blah... so the lady cashier took me. I don't know what his issue with me because as far as I know it's our first time seeing each other and to think he's doing customer service job he shouldn't choose his customers he wanted to serve. I don't do anything to him and I was thinking "is there a discrimination" , "is it because I'm Asian or what?" I'm also a cashier but I don't choose people that I serve, who's next is next that's it! Please teach respect and equality to that cashier guy who was on duty today. So rude and racist! Thanks to the lady cashier who served me. Thumbs up to guy in charge of the fitting room!

Had a fantastic customer service experience with Mohammad (Moe). He took the time to help me understand sizing, even though I maintained that I knew my size (I definitely didn't). He was genuinely helpful, in a kind, non-abrasive way. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Moe!

Thank you Jackie for your help in picking the right size for my kid. I have no words for how much I appreciate your time and help in choosing a jeans for my kid. I've always had a great experience at Gap square one, but Jackie went above in beyond in helping me and my husband in figuring out the right size for my teen kid today. Once again thank you Jackie ?
