★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pushy sales reps using aggressive tactics to sell average goods. Typical “the sale ends today” kind of thing. You might as well stay up late and order the infomercial skincare if you want the same buying experience. Nothing special here. Usually I would give them 1 star, but they get bonus points for having some of the best looking soaps ??

I was able to scent-sample, received recommendations based on my preferences, and a lovely blue-haired employee gift-wrapped part of my order to make my life pre-holidays easier. This is a gem of a store and the team went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, and confident in my purchases. Thank you so much!
