I bought king mattress cover set and package says 100%cotton feel, when unpacked it says 100% polyester, come back after 30min to return but, unsuccessful,
if they care about customers they should stop selling misleading products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your typical dollar store! They have a tremendous selection of different articles, a lot of kitchen wares glassware and jars.they usually have seasonal items that come in very handy lots of LED lights and different formats not so much light bulbs but different flashlights and even ones that clip onto your hat. All the prices are extremely reasonable on the staff is always very polite! it's nice to go at least every few months and see if there's new stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean place for a warehouse, lots of toys and accessories for a lower price, if its not dollarama price, lower or a little higher but with more content and higher quality. Over all, will recommend for people that are looking for any type of party needs (bridal, birthday, etc) way too many options, you just have to choose!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s like Dollarama/Dollar Tree but they also offer merchandise above the $4 range. Good selection of catering, art, office and kitchen supplies. They also have a really good party section and also offers the big number balloons. Staff is okay.

I purchased an item and it was faulty, it is huge so I could not take it back to the store. tried to call the store so many times but the owner does not speak to me and the staff says there is nothing they can do. I just wasted my 200 dollars. maybe a good store for dollar items, I don't recommend for big purchases, there is no customer satisfaction guarantee and no exchange or refund so be careful with the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could put a zero, but there is no such option. I asked about the earliest available time to pick up the balloons for my son’s birthday and was given 9:15 am. Came back the next morning to pick it up, but was told that they could not find my order. No one apologized, moreover, when they finally found it, it was written 10:00 am time to pick it up plus the initial time 9:15 am. It is a complete mess there. I was told that I would have to wait until at least 10:00 am as they have sequence of orders. Can you imagine that? It is terrible that you find this type of customer service in Canada( It was the store at Dundas and Dixie intersection in Mississauga. The name of the person who I was dealing with is Rahman. And his favorite phrase throughout our conversation was: “Listen quick, mam”, and also “You all come here in a rush” repeating several times throughout the conversation. Cool, right? No sorry for our mistake, no nothing. I will never come back to this location and store again. Terrible feeling of being treated like a shit… The only thing I hope for is that store management does read these reviews and will take proper action with respect to this employee.
