There's a lot of great deals but sometimes you have to sift through the garb to find em. Shipping works really weird with them but hopefully it comes in.

Don't buy online to pick up from store. This store don't offer curb side pickup. I ordered online and it is all paid. When I pick up from the store, I need to wait for 20 minutes to get in. Then once I get inside, it took me another 20 minutes to wait at the middle counter. There is only one person work in this counter, she handle all returns and online pick up. What is the point to do online if I need to wait for an hour at the store to pick up? Management doesn't know what they are doing here.

I strongly do not recommend buying from this store they will give you a warranty for 3 months only then your device will not work next month. That is what happened to me when I bought a TV LED(450 CAD) from this store and it stop working after 4 months also when I bought Air condition(500 CAD) it wasn't cooling well. They bought stock carbage and low-quality items from factories with cheap prices then sold to you lower than 10% from market prices so don't feel you are clever or will save money when you shopping her. They are fake

Great deals at this location, recently got a Christmas tree for a good price. The staff are pretty attentive here and the store doesn't seem overly busy anytime I am there. Be sure to double check any electronic items you're getting. A lot of the stuff is refurbished or has been returned by a prevous customer. I once bought a USB remote and it was missing a piece. Went back and the replaced it no problem.

Their return/exchange policy is better now but products are not even at a refurbished level. They are just bad. I exchanged an iPad air 4th gen that I bought from their Hamilton branch because it had scratch on the screen. The one that I got from this store has a malfunctioning battery. The money that I thought I was saving by buying refurbished products has actually gone into driving from one store to the other because each store has exactly one piece of iPad air 4. Now, I'll either have to drive to yet another store that's 1.5 hours from where I live or just get the refund. It's better to buy a new product. Horrible experience overall!
