S	Soni okafor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible experience, I went to the store to purchase a sofa and I saw one I liked , the sales person told me he had a better one to deliver and he showed me a picture , I made my full payment only for the sofa to be delivered the next day , to my greatest surprise it the wrong colour and not the sofa I was promised , the texture is worst than a $5 material , very bad quality , I called and emailed them about it some guy followed back and told me it was a non-refund and exchange policy and I said you delivered the wrong sofa to me and am not asking for my money back but to give me what I ordered for , I never got any response from them , but as soon as I told them I will leave a review of how terrible the services were they said they will get back to me and never did my biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before going there , they are the biggest scammers ever , if you are thinking of a furniture please don’t go here !!!!!!! They are scammers

We ordered the furniture around one and half year ago and then we received the stuffs in different periods of months after sending them repeated emails and unlimited phone calls. And even after all payments are done and we are still waiting for the dresser of our bedroom. Its really annoying?. I don’t know, why they are still open and making fool to everybody. why higher authorities don’t take some actions on them.

Placed an order for a custom bed at Scarborough location over a month ago,which I have NOT received and no one answers when I call for an update. AND the mailbox is ALWAYS full. Currently disputing it with my card company and I will not rest until you are charged by the police or I get my money back. Period. NEVER AGAIN. I'm sure they will read this review, so when you do my order is 7864-952 and I don't want your excuses.

Stay away from this shop & do not buy anything from here unless you want to deal with the stress of not getting your furniture & constantly following up. They call & say pay your deposit, your things will be delivered tomorrow, for it to not be delivered for weeks. I called and called, getting all excuses under the sun, I was told to speak to the manager but i was never connected to the manager on the phone, and when I went to the store he/she was "not there". Finally after weeks of calling everyday, and even hearing the excuse " the furniture is stuck in Vancouver and because of the bridge collapsing theres been a delay" I received my delivery at 11pm the next night. Even when they showed up to my house, I was told I have to pay $100 assembly fee before they remove the furniture of the truck. Why would I pay first without you even completing the service. They were told to hold the furniture hostage till the $100 was paid. There was no apology from them no remorse. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Seeing the other reviews it seems its a common occurrence.
I	Ish She on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 bedsets, sofa and console table, the experience wasn't the greatest, the delivery was a hassle. This business needs better management so as to be more successful. The quality of the furniture is very durable for the price we paid. Furnitures are very affordable and got a wide variety to choose from, however sales team should be more clear with delivery time and availability of products. Mikhail help us with our order at the mississauga location, he was very helpful and made alot of promises which took quite a while to be fulfilled. Would highly recommend is you are on a budget and need something classy. Ricky

I’m bordered my furniture way in advance, they didn’t call to to tell me it will be delayed. When I revived my furniture, I got damaged products sent to me. They back of my dresser was all damaged, and a broken drawer. I made several calls and complaints and no one got back to me. They got to me after a month, and said they are third party vendors, and the product they purchased from another company will not replace this product. Neither they gave me my money back or did anything about it. This company is not trustable, they took $ 3000 from me, and delivered damaged goods. I even back to store, and sat outside in my car, the girl sat there and didn’t pickup the phone l, I called three times, she just sat there and let the phone ring. I went in the store and she said she was busy, and no one was in the store. I told her my situation, she said to contact head office. I already contacted all the numbers, and emails. Completely useless company. They don’t even deserve one star.
