This place is awesome, as you enter. Someone will greet you with a friendly smile that makes you feel so comfy. The staff is awesome ready to help you and advice you about the product size and all other details to make your decision easy. There is a lot of variety and awesome products to choose from. A must visit.

Dot's Mayan outdoor table for sale! BRAND NEW. The furniture is great but Dot's return policy is absolutely awful so I have a beautiful, outdoor table that seats 8 people comfortably for sale. Has an umbrella hole and adjustable feet for easy leveling. Table is a power coated aluminum frame so it will not rust. Top is brushed teak wood style, legs are black. Dimensions: 37"W x 82"L x 29"H New and in original packaging (we love it but it is a bit too big for our backyard). Selling it at cost minus the taxes we paid - we'd rather take the small loss giving it to another person than pay Dot's astronomical restocking fee. Pick up only located in east Toronto, Leslieville area

I saw some items I liked in this store but mentioned to them that I would need to measure my space and come back to purchase. When I returned less than a week later, the items were still there but the price had increased. There was no new stock, just the same ones as before. I showed them a photo on my phone of the exact items with the lower price tag but they said they couldn’t honour it. The manager explained that their District Manager felt the items were β€œundervalued” and decided to raise the price. The manager pointed out an email address on the receipt where I could request assistance. The email address is invalid. I tried communication through Instagram. No reply. I am moving into a new condo this month and am looking to furnish it inside and out. Will not shop here again after experiencing this complete lack of communication.

I ordered tables online heard nothing for a few weeks. I went into this store and had a hard time finding it. When I did, it was about 5:30 and the store was closing at 6. The man at the front desk seemed annoyed and very unfriendly. I did not feel welcome at all! I wanted to but the tables since they were in stock there. As I was looking for the order I placed online to show a picture, the man was rolling his eyes and very impatient and I was getting anxious as I felt like I couldn’t find the picture fast enough. Finally found it and I bought the tables. I then contacted head office requesting for the online refund since I didn’t get the tables and the one they said they got was extremely damaged so I was lucky to find decent ones here at the store. I got an email that there would be a refund and then never received it OR even a message back after calling and emailing. I will not be purchasing anything from DOT furniture if this is how they do business, and how they treat customers both online and in store. Do not recommend. Two stars for the girl I spoke to on the phone that helped me find the place.

I went to the store looking to just browse initially, but I was greeted by Elisabeth immediately upon entering. She was extremely helpful and showcased most of the items in the store to me. I ended up purchasing some dinnerware because of the quality and the 50% off deal they had at the time. Elisabeth was pleasant, polite and very friendly the entire time and made the process very seamless. If you’re looking for dinnerware, I recommend this place!

I guess I will chalk this up to experience, because I now know .dot patio furniture will do absolutely nothing to help. When you decide to invest in 'great patio furniture' because you're tired of sitting in uncomfortable chairs, you go to .do patio furniture and purchase over $5000 of patio furniture with the covers to protect them. Here's what happens: The cover tears in the wind and your cushions get soaked. You've had the covers for two seasons, but you think, they should have lasted longer than that. You go to the store and ask if they're in stock. The minute you hint that one tore, the manager changes his demeanour. You show him a photo and he says well you've had those for a while because they've lost their colour. He shows you a dark grey cover and you say, they were never grey, we bought them and they were beige. He says, that's weird, I don't get that. You say, ya, me neither. He has to special order the love seat cover. You don't ask for a replacement, you ask for a discount because you get that you've gotten two seasons out of them and it's not fair to have them give you brand new ones. The manager says they need the original receipt. You say, I bought it all online during covid curbside so we should be in the computer. He repeats, we need the original receipt. I walk out. He says, do you want me to order these. I say, sure. The he says, we need a deposit. I say, forget it. I had no intention of going back. I have no intention of going back. You should either. From start to finish our experience was horrible. We picked them up during the height of covid and EVERYBODY took their masks off when they went behind the desk. While checking out, I watched a salesperson eating a messy burrito, licking her fingers and using the computer. It was bananas. They still have their recommended mask sign on the door, which is hysterical!! Go to Lowes. Go to Home Depot. Go to Costco. Go anywhere, but DO NOT GO TO .DOT PATIO FURNITURE.

Great shopping experience , excellent variety of outdoor and indoor products. Staff is very helpful and polite, especially Elisabeth. I purchased a nice vase for only $9.99 and LED candles. There’re a lot of hidden gems, and great deals.
