First time i felt so at ease during a shopping experience. All due to him politeness and helpful nature. Thank you so much Abdul for your wonderful service- I will be definitely dropping by again.

β β β β β After extensive market research over a few months, we recently bought a bedroom set, mattress and box spring from Baituna Furniture. Abdul, the owner is a through gentleman and a very honest truthful salesperson. He not only gave a very good deal, but also went over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The delivery of the items were prompt, faster then expected and Abdul also helped with the assembly.
I would recommend Baituna Furniture to any of my friends without any hesitation and will surely go there for my future furniture needs!!

β β β β β I wish there is less the one star. This is the worst place to buy furniture. They are not honest , not responsible or respectable place, all what they care about is sale. Your satisfaction is not their responsibility. once you pay they donβt help you with any problem they caused . I bought a set from them after they assured me it will go in my basement, but the store delivery people couldnβt take it downstairs also they damaged my walls and my door. The store will not help with the set neither with the repair that was used by their delivery people. I donβt advise any one to deal or buy from this place . They are not honest neither reliable. So what you buy from them is your risk. I could have bought a abetter and cheaper living room set from the Brick or Leonβs .

β β β β β I went to buy a sofa set for my new house. I met with Abdul the owner, and the salesperson, I canβt remember his name. These two guys were very nice and professional, with a great attitude, they knew how to take care of their customers. I and my wife were amazed by their exceptional customer service.
This place is the one to buy all your furniture stuff. I appreciate you for getting us what we wanted. I do understand that nowadays the delay of deliveries is not good, as it was. But Abdul did what he could for us to get our sofa for us. Once again keep up a good job. I am looking forward to doing business with you.

β β β β β If you're looking to buy furniture for your home and get the best customer service, than I'll definitely recommend Baituna Furniture. Abdul the owner and Ahmed the salesman would do everything in their power to satisfy your needs. They are very respectful, reliable,kind, helpful and extremely friendly and patient. I had the pleasure to buy a custom sofa set for my living room and two bunk bed for my kids room. They were so patient when I was choosing the color for my sofa, they sat with me over 3 hours until I was fully confident and comfortable with the choice I made at the end.
To sum up, I'll definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have the best reliable furniture and an amazing customer service.
