F	Fehren W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely impressive. First time putting my dog for a daycare program here and the difference between this place and the old daycare we sent her to was day and night! The way they handled her and ensured that she was comfortable was so professional. I love being able to see her during the day via webcam and she even got a first day picture and a report card! So cute!! Could not be happier - totally recommended. Registration process was super easy - they took care of everything for us - even calling the vet directly for her history! Amazing services guys! Keep it up! Edited after 3 weeks - unfortunately my dog came home with a kennel cough. Hopefully they can improve process of screening for sickness better and having a protocol in place (separating dog that may have symptoms and have them get picked up).

Their app also makes it very easy to book her daycare dates. We are really happy with Dogtopia of Applewood (and so does our dog!).
A	Ashley Henderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointed with this location!!. I had an appointment booked for my dog for a bath. I followed up with the 3 to 4 times before my appointment (that was two weeks away) to make sure everything was good because this was the first time I was using this groomer and my dog get anxiety. So I booked a day off work for this appointment, even got my dog anxiety medication so wasn’t too worked. When I walked into their location I was told told there was no booking for my dog but they did see me in the system I just “wasn’t booked properly”. They still had 3 hours till closed but insisted I should come back another day. Also I was told my dog needed a vaccine for a dog cough but nothing was brought up on the phone or email prior to this appointment. I was left feeling frustrated and angry. What a waste of time!!!!!

The staff is BEYOND amazing, the owners are two of the nicest and caring people I know- and the company as a whole just is brilliant. My dog loves being there and I never worry when he is in the care of Jorge and Amber and the team. The attendants are so great with the dogs- they play with them and get them engaged and it’s amazing to watch over webcam. You’re crazy if you don’t bring your dog to Dogtopia applewood honestly! I’m moving and I plan on driving back to applewood because I can’t imagine bringing my dog anywhere else. The service is just exceptional.

She went through all the details, she's so patient and answered any questions I had. We love the idea of seeing our dog on camera when we miss her throughout the day. Lastly the place is so clean, it's literally cleaner than our house. Thank you to everybody at dogtopia of Applewood.

Facility is very clean. My dog can eat! During a 10hr stay is the biggest asset. I drive to this location from Burlington Ont just knowing my dog is in great hands while I'm at work. I know Starkie loves it. ❤️:) Thank you team. ?

He loves socializing and he always comes home tired ( which is good for our other older lab who can’t always keep up with him). The only thing that I ran into was that I had to cancel a grooming that was booking 3 weeks in advance because his shots were expired by one week. He is booked in for his new shots but due to covid related shortages - they won’t have the shots for another month. I also cannot take him in for daycare (which I understand) Unfortunately my 11 year old lab just had surgery and I was looking forward to having my younger dog worn so he doesn’t work her up and she can heal. Just unfortunate timing I suppose but one week expired is a little tight to have him not able to go in. I hope to take him back in March when he gets his shots.
